Very unprofessional office. Went for my first appointment and the service was well. And every appointment since has been cancelled or rescheduled on the day of the appointment. Paid for service's upfront and this may contribute to the poor service I've received. Definitely wouldn't recommend this dental office to anyone and I won't be continuing my services here. Highly unprofessional!!

I am very pleased with the level of professional services I received here today from the dentist, dental hygienist and customer service personnel during my first visit. They were very helpful, compassionate and up front regarding my recommended dental treatment plan as well as the fixed, affordable cost. A competitor quoted me one price and doubled it when I called to set up an appointment. They told me I had to have two teeth extracted whereas Aspen Dental told me that it wasn't necessary. I'll be recommending Aspen Dental to my family.

Was taken back quickly and had the full comprehensive examination and was provided with a plan that exceeded my expectations! Dr. Moe was great as was everyone all along the way! Would highly recommend Aspin Dental to everyone!! Makes me smile!

My first appointment was wonderful. They asked for my medical history, checked out all my concerns, and made sure I understood what was happening. They were very understanding about some personal issues I was having, and incredibly supportive throughout.The second appointment got rescheduled, never found out why, but the person I spoke to got me the next best thing. The dentist who did the work today was wonderful. She made sure I knew what was going on, that I was comfortable, and everything went according to plan. She didnt sugarcoat the issue at hand, but went out of her way to get the best possible result.The price, with insurance, was amazing.I will certainly be back.

Worst dental place I've been to. The biggest thing is although I got referred to them through my insurance, they couldn't seem to figure out how to charge the insurance. I waited over 30 minutes after my first visit while a lady entered my information and copied the insurance card, etc, just to find out on the second visit that my insurance information wasn't in the system and I had to pay out of pocket. I had to go to my insurance website to enter the claim manually. What are they being paid for if they don't know how to submit a claim themselves? There's a phone number on the back of insurance cards for a reason.Also the appointment reminder is very annoying. They will send a text "It's important we hear from you today regarding your upcoming Aspen Dental appt. Please call (___) ___-____, option 2." My other dentists would send a text with the time and date in the message and I just send "Yes" to confirm. Making me call to confirm my appointment is a waste of both of our time. There's no reason I shouldnt be able to confirm by text.

I needed an implant and they were helpful from start to finish; from helping with financing to making sure I was as comfortable as possible. It took 4-5 appts to complete process, but I’d say I had to wait a min of 20 min after being seated in dental chair for work to start at least 3 of those times. It makes a difference when I have to take (unpaid) time off from work to go to appointments. They are very professional overall but lose a star for having to wait in the chair for work to begin.

Giving my business to Aspen dental was the worst decision I have ever made. I have never been disrespected this much ever by any place of business.I reached out to them earlier this year to come in for a general cleaning and when I sat in the chair I was told I had gingivitis and I had to come back in another time. They told me they would reach out for a new appointment later in the week didn’t hear anything for a while. That should have been red flag number one. However I called in and they set something up so I went in for the new appointment. They had me pay up front for everything which was a giant mistake because, when I sat in the chair the hygienist right away said I no longer had the issue stated before and that I just needed the cleaning. He told me that they would process a reimbursement at the desk afterwards. When I sat with the rep she stated that it would be about a week or so for the reimbursement. I called weeks later because I was confident maybe it was taking a bit longer and tried to be understanding due to the system errors they said they were experiencing. However when I asked the billing lady about it she was rude to me and I got upset with this. She told me that she didn’t say a week and she told me it would be about a month; a month went by and I called again and they said they never put the claim in and they don’t see that so that they would do it now and it’ll be another month. I called after that month and they told me the same thing again so after getting the back-and-forth and not having any member of that staff really care that they charged me for something I didn’t receive I decided to go to my bank. After two months of the dispute, they reached out to Aspen dental where Aspen dental sent them a totally different statement then the original charge. Aspen sent them the services I actually got completed. However they already billed that to my insurance and were paid so I did not owe that to them. I put in another dispute with my bank and sent them detailed documentation with my insurance, and I was finally granted the money back that this office would not give back to me after almost 5 months of trying to get this resolved. I filed a report with the bbb and I also tried to get this resolved with Aspen corporate before putting in the second dispute and Aspen corporate was just as terrible as this office. The office manager Charity is not a nice individual and was rude to me on multiple occasions. Please don’t give your money to this corporate dentist. I will be going to a family dental practice again where I never experienced these issues.

I experienced the most helpful service for my first visit. The staff had so much patience with me. I hate x-rays but the ladies were so kind and professional. The doctor was explained everything and shared abundant information. Even the receptionist and insurance clerk were so nice and kind.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I had an appointment at 1:30. By 3:25 i still hasn't seen the dentist yet. I really only wanted a cleaning but they said on the phone that they couldn't do that until I had a full exam. I had my X-rays taken around 2:10 (after 40 min in the waiting room). It was the most uncomfortable experience of my entire life. I almost threw up. After no one came to check on me and I had been in their office for almost 2 hours, I ended up leaving and telling them I wanted to refuse all service because this was ridiculous. I will never come here again.

Other than changing extraxtion appointment schedule after hours, via voice-mail, without consulting me and giving little to no notice that I was expected there, I have no complaints. I had 3 extractions with little to no discomfort during procedure. The doctor was amazingly gentle and explained everything he was going to do before he did it.

I had an amazing experience at Aspen Dental. Every associate in the establishment treated me with respect, kindness, and professionalism. Each staff member helped me with each question I had. I would recommend Aspen Dental-Wake Forest to anyone in the Raleigh/Durham area.

I had a fairly quick and painless appointment. Even though I had three teeth worked on my dentist did a very good and relatively painless job
