I recently visited your store to trade in my phones. While the process was straightforward, I encountered a couple of issues.
Firstly, the trade-in value on my receipt did not match what was discussed during the sale. The rep assured me that I would get the trade-in value discussed, and it was system error. Now, I have to wait and follow up to ensure we actually receive the discussed trade-in value.
Secondly, I received an email about my monthly bill after the trade-in, and it didn't match what was discussed during the sale. It was much higher. The representative mentioned these were estimates and would adjust, but now I have to monitor and follow up if there are errors.
I left the store feeling uneasy and incomplete with the sale since I need to monitor my bill for the next 4 months.
I hope these issues can be resolved promptly, and I'd appreciate any help in ensuring the process is as smooth as possible.

Went there to get three new phones they were understaffed but very polite. Told everybody they apologize for the under staff. Great customer service great communication will be definitely going back for any needs.

Recently I changed providers on my phone and my service has been subpar. In frustration We decided to add my phone to other family members account with AT&t. Yesterday we stopped in Wake Forest and Haley helped us. She really went above and beyond with a very positive and happy demeanor. I did not even have the PIN number for the account I was exiting and she made it happen. It did not take forever and she stuck with it and was very pleasant. Can't say enough good about her efforts. ?

I had an awesome experience with AT&T at the Wake Forest location. Connor M was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable. He helped me save some money and because of that we were able to purchase three brand new upgraded iPhones. I highly recommend him. I highly recommend the store and I will always do business there. I highly recommend.

Upgrading to the new iPhone was a smooth and easy process. Too smooth. Antwan G the assistant manager explained the cost of each pay off, the cost of the new phones and what the monthly payment would look like. He then slipped in non disclosed products.
Antwan signed me up for the HomeTech Protection plan through AT&T that is not even related to cell phone services. 25$/month without my knowledge.
I then had to spend 2 hours on the phone canceling said product. How did I find out I was signed up for this product? I received a random text congratulating me on purchasing the protection with a link to my benefits.
I would have given this store 5 stars. But it is absoluetly inappropriate to add products without discussing with the customer. Now I question the rest of the purchase because at no point did he show me any contract, have me sign, or read any terms of service.
Smooth talking sales. Do better. You were going to be one of the best interactions I've had with AT&T, now one of the shadiest.
Edit: Lets also talk about UpNext. That was added without discussion too. I chalk that up to bad AT&T practices as I expected them to add it as they always have, but still, disclose this.
