“They repaired a front fender on my new Audi. Can't tell it was repaired. Of the 3 body shops I got estimates from, they were the most thorough, even more than the local authorized Audi body shop. Their estimate was very detailed and Garret clearly explained the repair process and reason for the parts/calibrations as recommended by Audi for the needed fender replacement which I appreciated. Their communications was excellent from the scheduling of the car drop off throughout the repair via text messages. Yes, they completed the repair on the date they estimated.”

“I had just needed road side assistance, I was told my battery was in bad shape with corrosion all over my battery. I went to Auto zone as they were recommended stating they do free battery checks. I went and Tyronn helped me through it all with changing my battery. As soon as he seen it under my hood he said I definitely needed a battery change. As a woman who doesn’t know to much about cars, he absolutely went all the way with me with explaining every detail about the reason why I needed a new battery. He definitely convinced me to buy a new one or I would be stuck with bigger problems very soon, and he was right. I purchased a new battery and he even showed me and explained every detail when taking off and putting the battery in. Tyronn was one of the few men in automotive that made me feel he was really trying to help a woman out instead of trying to sell her something she absolutely did not need. He kept telling me I made it just in time in saving another thing by the battery. He explained what it was but I absolutely had no clue what it all was for but he did make it clear to me that it would have been a bigger expense to replace. He took the time to clean out a lot of the corrosion and as he is doing it showing me exactly how I neglected to keep up with cleaning out my battery, which I had no idea that needed to be done. Once I hung up the phone with *******, I was excited but still nervous at the same time. She told me I had to meet the salesman. I walked in unsure and overwhelmed. Im sure I looked confused! Unfortunately I've had my BMW in there a couple of times, they are always less expensive than taking it to the dealership, and the work comes out immaculate. “I went to Batteries plus and stood in line for at least 5 minutes. Two people behind the counter helping one person. Neither one of the men said a word to me so I left and went to Walker NAPA and Carlos greeted me right away. He was not only friendly but knowledgeable about the types of batteries I needed. One for my older car and other for my riding lawn mower. When I brought the old batteries back, Basilio helped me get my refund with a smile. Very friendly and since the batteries were too heavy he took them out of the car for me. Very pleasant experience all the way around. Thank you both Carlos and Basilio. I would recommend Walker NAPA on Main Street in Wake Forest to anyone.”

“Just bought some wipers for my Subaru. Bryant helped me out with the wipers and he was super helpful. The best service I’ve had anywhere in a long time.The Bosch wipers also were in stock for both front and back, which was the only parts store in the area with all 3 wipers available. This way I didn’t have to run around as much in the stupid Wake Forest nanny traffic picking up their dam rodents (kids) from school. Is anyone on a school bus in this town besides the driver?”

“The lady was nice on the phone. Lots of vehicles to look through. Some are pretty picked though. Decent prices. They don't charge to go in and look at the vehicles like other places do. They do take cards but prefer cash. Called other places and they only did cash. Wear old shoes especially after it rains. There are places that get pretty muddy back there. Also be careful of the tall grasses. I had a lone star tick crawling on me when I got in my car. Other than that I will be back to look for a few things for my older work van. Definitely recommend going for your items you need. The lady seems to know what vehicles she has in the yard when I called before I went.”

“Alonso was the most helpful person that I have met here at advance auto parts. He helped me assess my problem and persisted at looking up the spark plug layout, even after his coworker was repeatedly rude to him treating him like he didn’t know what he was doing with his smart comments loud enough for all to hear. I almost left but decided to stay and let Alonso finish what he was doing. He helped me to see that I needed to go ahead and replace my ignition coil with the plugs so I bought six, as I had replaced two already. The other worker who was at the next register just kept shaking his head and saying “he won’t listen to anybody” over and over as he walked back and forth to the other employee working behind the shelf. That’s not professional, nor does anyone deserved to be treated this way neither in front of customers or behind the scenes. I’ve NEVER seen anyone act like this at Advance Auto! If it wasn’t for Alonso being so helpful, based on the coworkers attitude and actions not only would I have went somewhere else to buy parts, I would have given only one star. THANK YOU ALONZO!!Ps: I must add, as I was leaving this same coworker that has been rude and offensive to Alonso was standing in the front door holding the door open while smoking a cigarette and then spit on the sidewalk directly at his feet in of the entrance before going back in. Seriously?I’m giving a five star because of ALONSO, BUT… Please tell me this employee is no longer employed.”
