“Our 2011 535 required some fairly extensive front suspension repair. The dealer estimate was substantially over $5000. The quote from NRP was significantly less, both for labor and parts. The amount of labor was reduced by eliminating obvious redundancies as well as in the cost per hour. Not all parts were BMW but repairs were fully guaranteed for 3 years/36K miles. I found the staff very professional and communicated well with me. The job was finished on time and the vehicle returned in pristine cleaned condition.
I sought NRP because of the projected expense of this repair to a fairly old vehicle even though they were 30 miles distant. I was totally satisfied with the service, the interaction, and the price. I'd be inclined to use them for regular service if they were more conveniently located. I will seek them out for substantial repairs in the future.”

Ms. Rachael greeted me and explained everything thoroughly, followed by Alan explaining the process and the timeframe for completion of my car. He was professional and down to earth. Most importantly, he kept all lines of communication open by letting me know a status and a timeframe. Upon retrieving my car, it looked better now than it did when I first purchased it at the dealer (lol). They did such an EXCELEENT job, I almost forgot what the damage previously was. “Golf ball hit hood bounced on the glass. Cracked windshield. Fender scuffed. Chris originally did my intake. He was nice just felt robotic. Picked up car. Due to construction in the area, the Car was filthy. Someone left their shoe print in the seat. Paint job had a little trash in paint. Ryan took over at pick up. He had Ron’s of energy and was an excellent communicator.”

“The people here were so nice and very helpful, they called me, I droped off my car and they gave me a rental. When my car was fixed I picked it up with no trouble at all. This was all done in four days, my car was clean when I got it and the damages were invisable. This is the place to go for any damages to your car.”

I called on a Monday morning, and Matt told me to come right in. He looked at my car immediately and sat down with me on the spot to provide a clear, straightforward estimate. I was on a tight timeline (Monday to Friday), and before I had even finished submitting my insurance claim, he was already on the phone confirming parts availability.

It's been a couple weeks now and I have zero issues with the car, so figured I'd go ahead and leave a review to throw business their way and let you know you should go here too. I picked this place based on google reviews and close proximity to where I live, and it ended up working great.
I got in an unfortunate collision mid-November. Physically minor, no airbag or anything, but enough for my insurance to total it. As a manual transmission, I didn't want to have to stoop so low as to replacing it with an automatic and spending all my drives contemplating driving off a cliff. Been a couple weeks now since the repair and I have zero complaints.
I don't want to go into specifics since these things are case-by-case, but Danny hooked me up with a good deal in a timely fashion. More important than anything he's a great communicator. He'll call you up, tell you what to expect from insurance, etc. My insurance didn't tell me jack and it was good to have him in my corner verifying and giving an on-the-ground understanding of how these processes work, augmenting my own internet-based research.

Back in December 2025, a deer ran into the side of the vehicle and damaged the left side, the front bumper, and the hood. From start to finish, Xtreme Collision worked seamlessly with Progressive and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process until I picked the car up earlier this week.
