Sad to report that I have been a customer for several years with good results; however, my last two trips have been unsatisfactory. I have spent from 1:00'until now, 4:11 pm. The technicians have been on their phones, with conversations on speaker for all to hear. I asked my tech to please silence her phone since it was blaring in my ear. They were not assisting each other and twice now I have had to return for a repaint after getting
Almost home and noticed the paint was not dry. The shop is empty except one other customer. It is not a welcoming relaxing place.

The woman that runs this place is so unprofessional and keep an attitude all the time. I'm in this salon very 2-3weeks $$$. I observed how she interacts with different ppl and I can say she got "words" and not "sentences" for ppl that look like me. I choose to spend my money where it's appreciated...period

Horrible customer service, I have got gel nails alone , pedicure and she charged for a whole manicure and compared to other places they are pricey . she didnt file my nails well it’s so rough on edges she didn’t even care had to wait for 30 minutes, they used some scrub which irritated my skin. Not a hygienic place they use cloths which are almost torn .

I got an infection on my pinky nail from them cutting my skin with the nail drill. I came in to quietly talk about it with the lady who did my nails, and she was rude and loud. She squeezed my infected finger with a peroxide cotton swab after I told her I've already been using peroxide to no avail. My doctor diagnosed it as paronychia as a result of getting my nails done there.
The lady gave me a fake name. And told me to send her a doctor's bill. HORRIBLE customer service, and she inflicted more pain instead of resolving the situation.

Very clean and sanitary which is very important to me being a fellow cosmetologist.. I am so pleased they used liners in their foot bowls and wore masks .. I highly recommend this business.

The worst place I have ever been she nearly rip my face off very unprofessional she left a lot of hair on my face and stated it will wipe off. I will never go there again. Walked right in for a gel polish change, price is the best in Wake Forest (believe me I've looked). Did a good job and was thorough and quick. Just got them done today so cant speak for how long they will last but seems just as good as all the others I've gotten. People weren't overly friendly but I was there to get my nails done, not make friends.Service: Nail polish changes
