Absolutely love this hardware store! Recently had a smoker delivered and they put it together and delivered right to my door step for zero charge. You cannot beat the customer service or the price. We are so excited for this amazing new smoker! Thank you B&W!

Wonderful little store. Supremely helpful. I bought a Traeger in 2019 which has been terrific. (If you buy a Traeger definitely take advantage of their free delivery & setup service- it was outstanding!!) I was in the store this past weekend (2/3/24). The team always recognizes us and even gave us some tips for smoking something on the Traeger. BTW, the WiFi on the Traeger is such a nice & really helpful feature ?

These folks should always get 5 star ratings. They have replaced window screen after grasshoppers ate huge holes, rewired lamps, plus so much more and provided great information and exceptional, professional customer service. I grew up in Wake Forest and left after graduating from WFR in '77. I am back and had to buy some nails, screws, etc for a house project and the first thing that happened was a greeting from one of the staff asking to help me. He told me exactly where the items I needed were and I was in and out with no issues in no time at all. Great store for Wake Forest.

After many years of throwing out junky grills, I decided to get something of quality. I had seen grills in B and H Hardware after just strolling by and decided to go in. The help I received was over the top! I decided on a Weber Spirit 300, which includes a side burner that was a must have for me. I was so thrilled when it came today! Steaks were cooked to pure perfection. These gentlemen will be my new “go to” guys for all my future needs. You just don’t get that caring and helpful service like theirs anymore. I most heartily recommend this store!

This shop is not only a helpful hardware store, but also a gold mind for gifts!! We stopped in for some bird seed and took down ideas for multiple upcoming birthdays. Their spice selection, beard oils, wind chimes, and unique kids toys are some of the gift ideas we noted. I will definitely be back for both practical and shopping needs! The staff were also super friendly.

Not sure why anyone in Wake Forest would buy their grill anywhere else. Stopped in to check out their grills and was immediately greeted by someone who knew everything there is to know about the grills they were selling. I settled on the Traeger Ironwood 885 within about 10 minutes. Was able to take advantage of a Father's Day sale as well. They included two bags of pellets and delivered it to my house the next day already assembled for no extra charge. The delivery guys walked me through every step on how to use the grill. Not sure many places would do any of that. I imagined I'd be sitting here all day just putting it together. Nope. Just sitting here having a beer thinking about what's for dinner!
