I wish I took down the girls name but I just had the best experience at this soap store. Went in there to buy one single thing of detergent and ended up leaving with 2 detergents, dryer balls, a bath bomb, and 2 hand soaps. Best experience ever, had such a fun time picking my scent, will absolutely be back!!

I have been going to BCS since they opened this location. I LOVE the products. Last fall they did a promotion that the first 50 people got free soap for a year and I was one of them. I have been going every month to get my favorites and my free soap. Today I went and checked out and normally they ask “do you want your free soap” but today she didn’t say anything. I thought she probably already knew because it is mostly always the same girl who checks me out and she told me last time that she knew I was coming in for my free soap. She told me the total and I paid. Then I realized that I didn’t get the free one. I asked her “did you get the free soap” and she snapped at me and told me that I have to ask for that. I told that I haven’t had to ask for it in the past and normally the person checking me out ask me. She snapped again and said “I’m just letting you know that you have to ask for it”. Then she wanted to know if I wanted to get another soap because otherwise she was going to have to refund this order and do it again. So I told her to refund and I don’t want any of the soaps. This same girl has been short with me before but I just chalked it up to her having a bad day or being busy. I buy stuff from BCS every month and anytime I need to get a gift for someone I go here, I tell people about how great everything is all the time. But after the attitude- I won’t go back!

Let me start by saying, I LOVE BUFF CITY PRODUCTS. ♥️♥️♥️ ♥️♥️ Five stars for their products. I was so excited to see that we had finally gotten a store in our area! I went into the store on Saturday at about 5:55 to pick up some items as a birthday gift. I was unaware that they closed at 6:00 and they didn't have several items I wanted on the shelves but couldn't accommodate me because they had already put away their mixing oils. They offered that they opened up at 12:00 on Sunday, but I told them that was not going to work for me because I had to be at my party at 1:00. I put my basket on the counter so they could put my chosen items back on their shelves (2 bar of soap, body butter and a bath bomb). I wasn't irritated at all, just disappointed. It was my fault for not checking the store hours. I left the store, but turned around immediately and went back so I could just pick up a brochure to give my friend at the birthday party. The door had already been locked, but I could see the girl who locked it walking back to the counter. She turned around and looked at me. I said I just have a question and would like some literature, but she would not open the door. She turned her back to me and kept walking toward the back of the store. I kept knocking on the door until she came back. I told her she was very rude. Then I left. I have never been treated poorly at a Buff City store. I understand it was Saturday and they're ready to leave, but common courtesy doesn't hurt anybody. Lack of on courtesy does hurt. I will NEVER go back to this store again. I would try to contact the owner/manager because I know they are franchised, but I believe she was the one who was counting the register. From now on, I will order online.

Totally my new favorite store! I was in here for the first time a week or so ago to purchase items for a company giveaway basket and I had to go back for myself. I think I sniffed every soap scent they had in there and Kendra was super helpful! She answered all of my questions and she really explained a lot to me (THANKS GIRL). Everything here is plant based which is such a major plus in my house! I can’t wait to try their laundry items but first I had to start with these goodies ?

I received Buff City Soap products as a Christmas gift. The Oatmeal and Honey Bar Soap is amazing! I love the smell of the shower oil, makes the body naturally glisten and shine. I have eczema: the natural formula is great for anyone with sensitive skin.

As soon as I walked into the store, I was Greeted by Allison and she helped me pick out the best products, her sniffer is amazing, I let her know What Smell I was trying to get around And Allison brought me in the direction that I needed to go to, their products smell so amazing and the staff especially Allison is extremely helpful and I appreciate them 100%. I recommend everybody to go there It’s affordable, Made in store and you can tell that they love their craft, and they appreciate their supporters.

Went with my wife, my first time and she makes a trip every 6 weeks or so. Like the fact you can build your own with the scents you want.

I threw my daughter a birthday party here this last weekend. While the girls (ages 9-10) absolutely loved making bath bombs and had a lot of fun-unfortunately the staff was very dissaponting. One of my daughter's friends was running a little bit late to the party. Her mom had texted to say she was dealing with an emergency. When the little girl got there (about 20 mins late) the staff refused to let her participate in the event. They told me my contract stated anyone showing up 15 mins past the start time would not be allowed to do a project. While I understand the party needs to have some structure I could not believe they were going to have a little girl just sit there and watch while the rest of her friends made bath bombs. I had to plead with them to let her join in. Again while I understand that the party can't be a "free for all" ---when dealing with kids and kids parties there needs to be a softer touch and a lot more flexibility. Generally I found the staff to be unfriendly and uninspiring for the kids. They did not really help them and left it to the other adults chaperoning the party to step in. We also paid for the "mystery box" favors and were a little dissapointed that most of them contained bath bombs-which they just made. The girls were definitely hoping for some other items from the store. Overall I was just underwhelmed - mostly with the staff
