Worst place ever to work. Management only cares about the bottom line. It shows on how the dogs are cared for. Do not work there and do not support this business.

We have tried camp bow wow about 3 times since we got our fur baby a year and a half ago. Initially, I enjoyed the ability to see my pup on the cameras; however, despite this transparency, in my opinion they put too many dogs together with not enough staff to oversee them. During her most recent stay, our pup was bitten by another dog resulting in over $1000 in vet bills and a partial tail amputation which she is currently recovering from. The staff and owner Amanda were communicative with me as soon as the ordeal transpired and assured me the injury was minor and the bleeding had stopped. Imagine my surprise when I picked up my dog and she had exposed bone showing through the bite mark on her tail. I have left two messages for the owner so that I can inform her of this developing issue and the accompanying expense but she has not called me back after several days. I will most certainly not be entrusting them with the care of my dog again.

Picked up my dog after a 2 night stay, there were 2 meals leftover and his bed was soaked in dog urine. Brought it to the staff’s attention but they shrugged it off. He has stayed in other facilities and never had this problem…

I love camp bow wow,my fur babies Izzy and Juztice love going there. They are very friendly and good with my girls ,patient with Juztice she can be a handful. I really appreciate them.

We left our chocolate lab, Paul, for the weekend...he is VERY needy and has serious separation anxiety so we were a little worried about how he would make out. We were checking the cameras a lot...special thanks to Isaiah! Isaiah was so playful and attentive to Paul. Thank you so much for giving our dog some love! ?

Very disappointed with my dogs boarding experience. Unfortunately I was disappointed to hear of the state my dog was returned back after two nights at this location. On the day of pickup she clearly was not fed and was extremely anxious that evening. I provided 4 meals and two bags were returned back with the full amount of food. However, the documentation signed off that she ate three meals (clearly not true). My dog has gone to several boarding facilities and this by far is the worse experience!

Such a great experience with the staff and groomers at Camp Bow Wow - Wake Forest. I took my Aussie in for a groom for the first time, having not been groomed in over a year, and Kellie was amazing. My pup looked so cute when she was finished. 10/10 would recommend!
