The most friendly and helpful staff that always goes above and beyond to assist everyone. This branch is also at a great location in Wake Forest, NC. Because of the great staff, I always come here.

Do not find staff knowledgeable. Drove more than an hour to come here for them to say we needed to bring more documents.We were told specifically that this particular set of documents were not necessary before we came.
