Had stopped in prior to today to look at spas. Just got scammed by their website's "enter your email and phone to shop our sale" offer, which makes you think that if you give them that info then you can see the prices. Nope, it sends you to an image to screenshot and bring to the showroom. Just scamming people to get potential customer's contact info.Then... I go down to the showroom to see these sales, and the showroom is closed during their business hours. Doors locked, no one answering phone, sign on the gate saying they are at the State Fair and re-opening 10/13. This is 10/15. All cash buyer, was willing to buy today, will never buy from this place now.At this point I would expect to get the thing home and for it not to work, and for them not to make it right. Comes across as a skeazy local shop lacking professionalism. Never coming back. This is why people buy from big box stores. It's not just the prices.

Bought a 12K Four Winds spa from Choice Pool and Spa in 2020. Called them to purchase new pillows for my headrests. Was told they no longer make pillows that fit this type of spa. The newest pillows are too long and I should simply tear the one receptacle out of the pillow and silicone it to the tub!!! NICE ....... you spend 12k on a tub and then get told we no longer have replacement parts for it and they offer no apology and cannot understand why I am unhappy. Probably not a good idea to purchase this brand of spa if they cannot support it.

I just got my swim spa delivered yesterday. I asked more than one time prior to delivery about the start up process and was told that when it is delivered they would send a chemical care package and walk me through the process. I did receive the chemicals; however, no one walked me through the process. Choice told me today that they can not help me because they have customers in the store. I responded, “I am a customer.” Scott referred me to the manufacturer website and to download the 55 page owners manual. I will figure it out on my own, but here is my review. Choice is super nice, wonderful to make a sale, and happy to take your money…but once they get your money, you are on your own! You become old news and the folks shopping become priority to Choice. There are a multitude of places to purchase from. Choice dropped the ball on this one. Do not recommend due to lack of follow through. Thumbs down when I needed them the most!!!

Let me start off by saying that working with Johnna was a tremendous plus. We must have talked several time prior to the purchase and after the purchase. She has been the best sales person you could ever want. A few ways to describe her are: professional / she knows her products / helpful / friendly / goes above and beyond the call of duty / teacher - has helped me set up the tub and always takes my calls if I need help / and now a friend. As far as the Wellis spa goes - it is awesome. I purchased the one with lights / sound system / and many jets. I am in the tub every chance I get. We also purchased an XO grill and it gets an A+ rating. Totally recommend this place if you are looking for a hot tub / grill / pool / patio stuff. Thanks Johnna…… Mike Mastro

We purchased a small plunge pool from them and it looks great, is beautiful and is fun to use. The customer service provided by the company was outstanding. We worked very closely with Scott who provided us with information to hire an electrician and fencing vendor. We used both and are glad that we did. Everyone at Choice Pools was friendly and helpful.

Purchase spa Sept 2021 received with side panel missing.I accepted the spa anyways as they told me they would order the missing panel. Well 8 months later still no panel . Have been emailing back and forth with all the excuses in the world. Well told I spoke to Mr Lawler who is suppose to be the owner and he has no solution for me except to wait for the piece that is coming from Hungary. When I said I should have never accepted the spa he said no you should not have. Well that was nice to hear, then asked how is this my problem and he replied how is it his? You would think after spending all those funds he would have better customer service. Please be aware to refuse anything that is not fully intact when you order from him! Guess it is now it’s legal action and better business bureau … what a nightmare this has been….

We had the pleasure of working with Lou on our outdoor kitchen. his attention to detail and project management skills are excellent. We were able to match the stone facing to the existing patio. All of the contractors did a great job. really love the XO grill we purchased with the kitchen.

Professionals that know their stuff plus they won't up sell just to roll you over. These guys know what they're doing and will help you out honestly. Will definitely come back for all my needs and potentially spend a ton more money when I'm ready.

Had everything I needed. We bought a hot tub cover a couple years ago too. Just gave them the measurements and they let me know when it was ready.

We purchased a jacuzzi from Choice Pool and Spas. Needless to say, we have had nothing but problems with it since we got it. Johnna was the person that sold us the jacuzzi. She is a great sales person but not a good problem solver or help getting her product taken care of but is great at passing the buck And saying I never said that (but in her words of course) I think Choice Pool and Spas, Eileen and Johnna, just hand the phone to each other in the store to try and appease the customer. 1. Built our deck to specs given to us by our sales rep. 2. Met the delivery person at our home and my husband helped get it put in spot where THEY leveled it with 2x4's. Pretty sure that is not the way to do it.3. Leaked so bad it would shut the motor off4. SECOND Repair person said pump was put in backwards when they manufactured it and would need to replace it. But would not come back until we pulled the jacuzzi out because he did not want to access it from the side of the deck that they gave us the specs for! Front of jacuzzi with motor completely open, sides had to be accessed by deck.5. Sent pics and description of issues to Choice Pool and Spa Facebook chat when Eileen stopped returning phone calls and texts. I have had several phone calls with Eileen who said their people would NEVER tell us anything like that, or level it the way they did (I have video of them doing it)6. Jacuzzi does not have blue tooth but we bought one with blue tooth7. Cover comes loose on all sides and pops out. Foam inserts come out and frame has never stayed together. Now it's warped and bent. 8. The side cover screws don't stay on9. Foam slides out of the side cover 10. The electrician said it might be shutting off due to water getting into the electrical. 11. The programming on the screen doesn't work either Probly most concerning for us is their lack of urgency to handle these issues And the fact they don't seem to care if anyone gets electrocuted in their jacuzzi. Water on the motor is NOT safe. If it was manufactured incorrectly WHY would they just not replace the jacuzzi? They delivered the wrong one anyway. LONG LONG LONG STORY short, we finally gave up getting it fixed so they won. It's exactly what they were hoping for. Wear us down, run out the warranty. SAD we waited 10 years to buy a jacuzzi. We didn't finance it, just paid for it and that's another reason they could care LESS. Our jacuzzi has been used a handful of times. Now it sits pulled out on the concrete pad waiting to be fixed by some very dishonest retailer that doesn't call you back and basically calls you a liar. It is sitting in the weather, heat, cold, wind, jacuzzi lid ruined on top of it. We had to tear up our brand new deck to put it where the repair person told us too. It went from being covered and protected to being subjected to all of the elements. To add more salt to the wound we need to rebuild the deck. Are they going to pay for that? NOOOOO...I can't post pics of the water that was inside around the motor because it drained out when he pulled the sides off. DONT EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. DISHONEST TO THE CORE. I waited months to write this review to see if I would cool down and I just get more frustrated as time goes by. I hope this review helps anyone that may walk into their store.

I came here because I needed my pool water tested only to be informed that they discontinued this service starting this season. When the word POOL is in your name I feel that support for POOL owners is part of the deal. I was greeted and the person I spoke to was friendly. The name is... not helpful when you sell at face value grills, and hot tubs. IDK if they sell pools as well. You will have to see for yourself.

We recently bought our first hot tub and love it. Johnna has been extremely helpful with all of the questions that come along with being a new hot tub owner.

We had a great experience purchasing a Hot tub at choice Pool and spa. After being told that there would be a 6 to 12 month wait at two competitors, due to the pandemic, we came here. Johnna is one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. She’s very friendly, informative, helpful, patient and honest.. after hours of online research, I wanted to buy a USA made Aspen spa model, which was a new brand for this site. Instead of making a quick sale, she volunteered to have this model set up so I could test it out. I did and I loved it.Delivery was done quickly, for free and efficiently. They were able to maneuver through my 40 inch fence doorway. There was a minor problem with my LED lights and they came out the same day to fix it.We have been in it almost every day since Christmas and have had no problems and we are enjoying it immensely. If you are considering a hard tub or swim spa do yourself a favor and go see Johnna at choice Pool and spa now!

I can’t post enough bad things about this place. I recently purchased a swim spa from here and it has been nothing but issues. Please research before you buy is all I can say. I wish I had gone elsewhere for sure. When I purchased my pool from backyard leisure everything was included. Everything. With this spa I had to have someone poor a concrete slab, hire a concrete truck for the concrete, Hire an electrician to wire it, hire a crane to install it. All they did is deliver a 2,000lb spa to my doorstep. The guys they sent to deliver and install it acted like it was the first time they ever did it. The crane guys did more work than them to get it in place. As it was being installed they are harassing me for payment the entire day it was being installed. I mean literally while it was in the air on a crane being put in, they were calling me nonstop. Then when the spa didn’t work as it should I called them and told them what was going on and after two days of them trying to “recreate” the issues in the store model for the two days, they couldn’t and set up an appointment for 5 more days out. Which my spa had to sit there with water filled and no filtration going. Now when you buy something, this expensive especially, you expect someone to come out and show you how it works, at least I did. If that had happened the issue could have been found earlier and avoided most of the issues we were having with it. The “set up” or “installation” as they call it was 3 guys wiping it down and putting fixtures on. Not one of them knew how the spa worked or how we should start it or run it. They gave us a pamphlet from the manufacturer, which was just a basic spa, not even our own type of spa. Which if it was the electrical probably came from the electrician not having the pamphlet for our own specific type of spa. Which leaves me to the big issue. After the repair guy came out the 5 days later and fixed the issue, they claimed it was the electrician that wired it wrong. So then they called me and wanted me to pay a service fee because it was not the spas issue itself or send the bill to the electrician. Which I’m still not convinced of because the spa still shuts off almost immediately after starting it and sometimes randomly and won’t respond to the app installed in it. And I was never told there even could be a service charge if the issue was not with the spa itself. Otherwise I would have went through the warranty or my homeowners insurance to avoid the charge, which there is no service call for either. I’m appalled that a company would treat their customers this way. I would never purchase anything from this company again and wished I hadn’t this time. It’s made it incredibly hard to even enjoy the purchase.
