Tried to call for an estimate for out of pocket, small business vs chain location only got voice mail and didn't want to just stop in. When someone did answer and said 'don't call here no damn more' wow!!! This would have been my 2nd trip to this shop. Never again!!

Not sure how this has 5 stars when the person who answers the phone tells you I’ll be honest I’m not writing an estimate I’m not fixing!! Wow just wow. Professionalism goes a long way.
Don’t you understand companies require 3 estimates before they will pay you.
It’s your business but be careful how you treat people.

The tailgate on my pickup was stuck and could not be opened. Chris was able to fit this into his busy schedule, made the repair quickly, and charged a reasonable price. He is professional and provides great customer service. I’m very pleased with his work!

You have never seen customer work like this. The attention to detail that Chris has is unbelievable. He doesn't care what it is, if it's going to have his name on it, it must be done correctly. No question this guy knows what it takes to do quality work. He firmly believes in QUALITY not quantity. He has done several jobs for me in the past and all have been great.
