One older guy is amazing at the store, love him! Tonight I went at 10:57 and an heavier set male locked the door. I knocked and through the damn glass he said they were doing something with the cash in the cashier. Ok...waited 10 min OUTSIDE, watching him sit and talk to his coworker..nothing done with the cash register. Lazy, not doing his job. I left and went to sheetz. Not cool at all. They'll let the cops in though! Disappointing because it could really boom there but they've hired some lazy workers. Get a camera.

Got gas and went to the door and it wouldn’t open I looked outside for store hours after the door wouldn’t open and the store hours had been removed never coming back

Google says the store opens at 5 i get there at 5:20 because i work in the area and i have to be at work at 5:30 and the doors are locked and when i knock the lady ignores me to lean on the counter doing NOTHING! Not even food prep. RUDE! Change your times online if they are just lies. I’m glad i wasn’t in real need. Terrible workers every time i go in this place, will be my last time going there.

I have been a patron of your store for a long time. Today I bought a can of beer from your store, and I had to have my driver's license scanned to buy it. After allowing you to scan my license I became concerned with how you're protecting the data you're collecting from customers. For each customer, I think you're collecting approximately a name, address, birthday, height, weight, and driver's license number. Where does this data go, where is it stored, how is it protected, and who else can access the data?

never answer the phone had an emergency needed to see if they sale gas container….. and also the staff is wayyy to lazy in there on regular shopping days

Watch out for the woman with short short brown, she was working the night shift on 9/29. I went to simply cash in lottery tickets, before I handed them to her she said how much are they I said the amount (under $100). She told me she only has $40 I said ummm how? She rudely and sternly explained they are a high robbery store. Pointed at me and toldMe to go to the grocery store or that I could stand there for an hour to wait on her. Basically irritated she would have to work.

Clearly says 24 hours open older guy with long hair would not open the sliding doors kept saying closed when I've been in the store more times than I can count at 4 in the morning super nasty attitude and you guys "up hold" customer satisfaction claims it was a system "update" saying it can take longer than an hour?? I've managed a gas station before never have I ever has an "update" take that long poor service never will I come back.

Stopped here for gas only. The gas prices were reasonable for the area, but the pump for Premium gas was broken. I didn't feel like moving my car, so I chose a different type of gas. I didn't come into contact with any of their employees, so my rating is for getting gas only. The parking lot was clean & there was plenty of parking available. I will definitely go back.

Came in today after having a terrible day at work. I was instantly greeted by the woman behind the register (Lauren) who was assisting another customer but still was nice enough to welcome me into the store. Also when I approached the register she asked how I was doing and how my day was. It may not seem like much but that kind of employee makes people continue supporting that buisness. At times like this when everyones lives are crazy because of covid or whatever else may be going on kindness is priceless. Lauren definitely displayed that today.
