mike was great! he helped le get my first storage unit and showed me all the things to know!! they have temperature control and monthly inspections for varmin!! i couldnt recommend extra space enough!!!!

My journey began in New York, moving to Wake Forest NC. Renting unit at this facility, I was trying to locate my unit and became, basically lost. I did panic!
I called the office, spoke with a gentleman named Mike. I told him where I was, he said stay put, he'd come to me. Well the elevator opened, he said Nancy. I said yes.
From that moment on, my mind was at ease.
Mike went above and beyond, to reassure me it wouldn't happen again. He was so very kind and very professional.
Mike took me on a tour of facility, showed me the best route to my unit, restrooms and the office.
A big shout out to Mike, a true gentleman, kind and caring. A true professional with A+ customer service skills.
The facility is well maintained, clean, great lighting and security.
Mike told me he manages this facility, it shows. I hope Extra Space knows and appreciates this employee. I know I do.
Anyone looking for storage in the area, this is the place. Ask for Mike, the best!

Mr.Micheal was awesome ! He showed me the different size units so I could gauge which one would be big enough for my belongings. Once I chose one the process was smooth. I was in and out in under 20 minutes .
