Awful!! They never alerted me they did not have my medicine that I cannot run out of until I got to the counter!! After I had a breakdown they filled it, turns out they had a little bit. I told them it was cruel that they do that to people. However, it was supposed to be all ok because the pharmacist said sorry they have been behind. I am on auto refill and realized it was scheduled for the same pharmacy. My negligence, but I thought surely they would not do it again a month later. They send me a message that they are working on it only for them to tell me they are out the day of pick up! I was livid and the pharmisist was quite the, well you know, and she did not really care that I was upset. They fortunately gave me two weeks and said that they may get the rest today! Seriously, they should not be able to do this to people. It was not an anti fungal medicine, it was something I cannot do without. If they do it to me, I know they are doing it to other people!! It is absolutely insensive to make someone think they will not have their medicine. Instead of sending a message we are working on it, send one that says oops your screwed again, we will not have your medicine. You can bet I won't forget to change pharmacies this time, well after they give me the remainder of my medicine from this time. Lets see if another complaint to coorperate helps, probably not.

We went to pick up prescription at 11am. It wasn’t ready they said to come back in 45 minutes and it would be ready. I went back at 3pm only to be told it wasn’t ready and I would have to come back. Needless to say, I will not be using this cvs in the future!

This is the second time I have used the bathroom from this pharmacy. I don't know how they can have such a dirty bathroom, the smell is so unpleasant that it made me want to vomit.

They are the worst pharmacy... I picked up an amoxicillian, and it cost $32.. I have never had to pay for any antibiotics, and I know cigna covers this. The guy at the register said, "cigna doesn't cover acute prescriptions"... flat out lazy liar. I didn't argue since there were 5 other people behind me. I will not use them again, I suggest everyone stay clear of cvs

RUDE! This Roosevelt location is extremely close - after two years I gave the convenient location a chance. Will never return here for anything- the pharmacy associate quite rude. Worth a 1 mile drive to visit several other pharmacies to avoid this treatment.

I've shopped this location on numerous occasions and am always happy with how my visit went. Always friendly cashiers and employees and a well stocked selection with everything I may need. This location comes VERY highly recommended from me! 10/10

Always prefer to shop this CVS vs others in area that are closer to my home . Cashier friendly always assisting with coupon usage to get best price . Just super customer service.

This location is disgusting. For a pharmacy, I would expect it to smell clean and sterile somewhat. The carpeted floors look like that have not been vacuumed or cleaned in years, they were filthy and it smelled horrible. Like a daycare. Or nursing home. The front glass doors were so full of dirt and debris I couldn't see through them and I actually thought this location was closed down.
Nothing was stocked well. I will not be visiting again. Changing my pharmacy immediately.

The pharmacy service is absolutely atrocious. I have been stuck using this pharmacy for 2 years due to insurance limitations, and I have had significantly more negative experiences than positive when it comes to the pharmacy staff. It is a regular occurrence to have your phone call answered to be put on hold (no problem, it is a busy place) but then after a few seconds, they pick up the phone and hang up the call. Truth be told, you’re considered lucky if they even answer the phone. I have picked up prescriptions in person and watched the staff ignore the phone lines for over 20 minutes while I waited for my prescription to be called in. They consistently claim they never received a prescription despite other pharmacy locations admitting that they can see that it has been called in to this location but not filled. When you have a question about a prescription, you may be met with a dismissive pharmacist that says “read the label.” And hangs up on you. I genuinely never leave reviews, but the service has been so consistently awful for so long that I feel obligated to share my experience. At this point, I am choosing to pay out-of-pocket prices for my medication over returning to this poorly-managed, unaccountable pharmacy team.

I received a text message at 12:32 pm stating that today was the final day to pick up my prescription. When I went through the drive thru, the cashier told me that my prescription was not ready because they had put my prescription back up. I showed the cashier the text I received stating that I had through today to pick up my medication. The cashier said that they put the meds back up around 12 pm. I didn't receive the text until 12:32 pm stating that I had today to pick my medicine up. Then the cashier was rude and stated that I have had 2 weeks to pick up my medicine. I have been on vacation. He then told me that it would be ready in 2 hours and to come back. If my insurance didn't require me to use CVS, I would go elsewhere.

I was helped at the drive through by Tayler, it was a very smooth and friendly transaction. I only waited 15 minutes or so as the fourth person in line behind some very large orders!

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. It is abundantly obvious they do not care about their customers. I went in here to pick up my prescription and the line was ridiculous, so I ended up waiting 20 minutes through the line. (They only have one person in the entire pharmacy checking out people one by one as slow as they can.) Once I got to the front was told they need 30 minutes to put in my coupon to take money off my medicine. So I went in the parking lot and waited 30 minutes for them to put in my coupon. Like is this a joke? So then I come back in and wait through the entire line AGAIN. Not like they could have someone in the back come by and recognize I already went through the line and help me because they care about their customers? So then I waited through the line 20 more minutes only to figure out the coupon took like nothing off anyhow. Told everyone to switch their pharmacy on the way out & in the parking lot. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. Make their business hurt so they realize how disconnected they are! Support local pharmacies or anywhere besides here. IF I COULD GIVE IT 0 STARS I WOULD.
