Treated my 80 yo parents very poorly - not processing prescriptions properly through their insurance. One time staff member did it correctly and then the rest made them 10x the cost. Need better training and educated staff to handle the volume at this location. So disappointed in CVS & Target. They went home very upset, without the medication and had to call their insurance company and switched to mail order.

This pharmacy does not fill prescriptions because they are “out” but also will not call to tell you or transfer your prescription to another pharmacy. Extremely irresponsible when you are handling people’s medical care. Abul, who admitted responsibility for this issue two months in a row, should be ashamed of his behavior and lack of care for patients. This pharmacy should just go ahead and close its doors since they are actively choosing not to take care of patients. All doctors should tell their patients to get their prescriptions from ANY other pharmacy in the area.

If you publish a 9 AM opening time BE OPEN! So disrespectful of customer's time - many of us are on extremely tight schedules with school pickups etc. Having to wait 15 minutes post opening and then wait on a long line is ridiculous. If the store is unable to support the customer demands of the pharmacy then shut the service down completely - serving customers should not be at the convenience of the store.

This CVS is a travesty. I can't believe I've tolerated this crappy location for over two years- the line is always over a half an hour long and going around half the store, nothing is ever ready even when you get the notification confirming it is. Deplorable.

Everytime I go to this pharmacy the customer service is 0 . The pharmacist and old ladies working there has zero empathy with clients as well not professional. I will definitely change pharmacy!

Pharmacy is good but location is not that great. Too many traffic lights and many short turns to reach the place. Also, the route is always jammed.

What a great experience at the CVS pharmacy inside Target at 12000 Retail Drive, Wake Forest, NC, 27587. The pharmacist who administered my RSV shot--Lauretta--was exceptional in every way--in knowledge, technique, personality, timeliness, and focus. Not only did she get me in and out without a hitch--and pain free--but she held my attention with her witty, ebullient, and professional manner. I recommend requesting her for all your pharmaceutical needs. She is definitely a five-star professional.

absolutely awful customer service from the pharmacist. no greeting after the wait music stops, so they catch a damn attitude when they say "hello" ... impatient, rude, attitude problems, they don't want to help you whatsoever on the phone. i just needed my medicine transferred to another location and filled today. once she was finished she just hung up, when i wasn't even done and had another question. no customer service skills At all. find literally ANY OTHER pharmacy to get your medication filled because they don't care to help or be patient if you are having trouble.

Worse service by the new staff. 2 mins before lunch and they said they're closed. Lunch is from 1:30 to 2:00pm. It was a simple pick up. This location seriously need to be re-evaluated.

This CVS Pharmacy is located inside of the Wake Forest Target store. So it is a little different from a regular CVS as there is just the Pharmacy. It can get busy so there is usually a line in Target's vitamin aisle. So they could use more staff. I was able to get my COVID Boosters here and flu shot. They have a small area set up with chairs for vaccines. The website made scheduling easy and I could pick the location I wanted.

We have been getting our prescriptions here for years. We've had a few mishaps, but overall we are happy with this CVS. We would like to give a great rating to a woman named Shannon. She is knowledgeable,very personable and always helpful. It's a pleasure dealing with her.

This pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves and the company should be ashamed of having them hold their name. Prescriptions are NEVER done on time, as expected. Staff (Lead Pharmacist and Manager, Randy has the worst ego of them all) is rude, dismissive, DEMEANING to clients AND doctor´s office representatives when they ask for prescription status. Don´t try to make an appointment for a vaccine either b/c they hung a rudimentary sheet of ripped paper with the words ¨no vaccines today. Sorry.¨ scribbled at their window, the day of my appointment I waited for for 2 weeks. Shameful that I came from such an incredible pharmacy in NY, only to transfer to this sham here in NC. Do yourself a favor and bring your business to the Walgreens on Durham Road, steps away from this guise of a practicing pharmacy.

I have visited this CVS store in side Target for 3 years. I have never, ever gone to this pharmacy without waiting with at least 3+ people ahead of me. Most of the time, as it was today, the wait line went down the aisle and around the corner. Only one person working check out as usual. I shop at this CVS because it's inside Target which makes it convenient for me to pick up groceries and other items. As of today I am transferring all of my prescriptions to CVS in Youngsville. They desperately need help. And they needed help before covid even hit. I really can't understand why such a busy pharmacy does not have the staff that it needs or at least have the staff that is working behind the counter filling prescriptions help people get their prescriptions before they continue to fill more prescriptions.
