I ordered letters and numbers for a jersey and it's been over 2 months and still haven't received them. No one answered the calls so you can't even get in touch with them.

I should have read Google reviews before purchasing from this "company." I ordered two letter R's to add to a Brown's home jersey on 9/29. A week later I had still not received a shipping confirmation so I sent an email. Red flag #1. A few days after that I got a "company" email from "Respect Myself" stating my order should ship later that week. Two weeks to put two fabric letters in an envelope and ship? Red flag #2. I finally received them on 10/10 and they are white (should be orange), they are cut way larger than they should be, and the one is cut so ragged there is no way it could be used even if it was the right color and size. Save your time and money!!

I wish I could give him a zero. I say him because there is only on guy who answers the phone and he is a lair. Purchase name patch about 6 weeks ago, they sent the wrong patch. I contacted them and they told me they would make it right and send the new patch out immediately.after 2 weeks I called and he said he sent it and did not know why I have not received it yet but he would resend it and send me an email with the tracking number.I waited another 2 weeks and I just called him again he put me on hold I have been on hold a half an hour now.What do you think the chances are he won't come back or we will mysteriously get disconnected? his guy gives sleaze a bad name. Update this guy is even worse than I thought, 6 weeks later my item finally shows up no explanation just the patch. Much to my surprise my next bank statement comes and this guy charges my credit card $98.90 which I did not authorize. Stay away from this guy.

Watch out, they will steal your money. Sell a fake product. They also do business as ProPatchesUSA. Check the ratings under that business, as well.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They bill before they ship; they do not ship on time; they do not ship the proper product; and they refuse to refund on an incorrect shipment or repair their mistake. The customer service representative is rude. It is not worth the headache. BUY LOCAL, BUT NOT FROM THIS FIRM.

Awful experience. I ordered some iron on letters in early January. 2 weeks later, when I emailed to follow up, I was told there was a back order and that they are on the way. A few weeks later, I called and the manager said he will ship out a new set of letters for me over night. That didn't happen. The letters arrived over 6 weeks after I ordered them. They lie and deceive their customers. STAY AWAY

Just had a wonderful experience with Eastern Lettering. We put on a play in our hometown and had them do custom baseball jerseys for the kids in the play. There were 12 kids that needed numbers on the back and the team name on the front. We got the numbers in 3 days after we placed the order. They looked very professional and the timing was excellent. Will use again in the future.
