Purchased the lifetime alignment, made an appointment to come in for the first alignment. They told me it would be maybe an hour at most, I hung out there and waited over an hour they never got to my car. They brought me keys and said they aren’t able to get to it for a while, no manager came to apologize or anything. Terrible service, I lost work time and money!

The Worst! Took my car here after an appointment was made a day before. Pendejo almost messed up my car! He said it wouldn’t turn on, went outside, car started just fine…then they installed the TPMS Sensor just to tell me it couldn’t be reprogrammed because the crappy equipment used wouldn’t reach the part on my car to do it. Lied saying it was broken..WRONG! Took my Honda to a Honda Dealership for service and they confirmed after a proper diagnostic that the part was not damaged. Also, had to replace both rear sensors since they have to be replaced together, guess this place didn’t know that either. Will NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!!

When I originally purchased my tires, Firestone offered a service where they would come out to customers homes for services. However, when I was getting service at the Wake Forest location, I was told that I needed new tires. So I tried reaching out abot my warranty on the tires and they could not locate any record of my warranty. I was told the territory manager would be reaching out to assist. I never heard from them so I reached out to the Wake Forest location, where an employee assured me he would look into the issue. After two weeks without an update, I followed up and was told to bring my vehicle in so they could assess the situation.
However, when I arrived, they took my truck back without confirming any details with me or my husband, and instead of evaluating the warranty situation, they replaced the tires without my authorization. I was then presented with a $700 bill for the replacement, which was unexpected and unacceptable given the circumstances.

There was a large black scuff mark on our top quarter panel and hood when we picked up our car. Appeared to be from a tire and it left scuff Mark's in the paint. I have been taking my vehicles to Firestones for 36 years and was kind of taken back when the manager just came out and looked at and said we didnt do it without even asking anyone in the shop what happened. He then took pictures and said he would turn it in.Definitely not the Firestone of old.

Had my vehicle inspected, it failed, so ive been trying to get a reinspection for 2 weeks now. I work 8-5, and for the last two weeks they have not had an inspector to run inspections almost 2 hrs before closing. Very very poor scheduling to have 4 people on vacation and not have an inspector the week of Thanksgiving.

This started feeling weird from the start of the phone conversation . I dealt with mike. Very rude and unprofessional. I initially just ignored him and brought the truck in anyways but he again insisted on being rude. I just asked for my keys back and took my business elsewhere. Had tires done here before. Not again.

I must say I am disappointed in the service I received today. I took my car in for the second Saturday in a row because the TPMS light kept coming on. The technician checked the tires and said the sensor was bad on the right rear tire. They charged me $135.00 to replace the sensor. After waiting 2 plus hours the car was ready. When I was about to leave they said the left rear tire sensor was also bad. If both sensors were bad why didn't they tell me that in the beginning? Now the TPMS light is still on. Did they even do any work on the vehicle? I can't tell. I took the car there to get the problem that was causing the light to come on repaired. Now they want me to bring it another day to get the other sensor repaired?

Went in this morning with an appointment made on their website to have 4 tires replaced. Quoted $957 for all 4 after entering make, model, and vin number. After taking off the tires they said there was a mistake and they didn’t have the tires we were quoted for, but they did have an upgraded tire for an extra $300-400 dollars. Blamed us for their mistake and when we told them to just put our old tires on, went to the back cursing. Why not make sure you have the tires before letting us make an appt AND taking our tires off? Shady business.

I took my truck to be repaired and it spent three days at the site and they didn't even have the courtesy to tell us what was wrong, we called and no one gave us an answer, we went to find out what was happening and none of the people who helped us knew anything. It seems irresponsible on their part that the truck spends 3 days. In the end we took it to Ford and they repaired it in one day.

I bought tires about a year ago and when I bought the tires a bought a lifetime warranty on alignment on my car, they told me even if I didn't buy the tires there I would till get the alignment for free I had an emergency with my tires so I had to buy new ones not from Firestone, so I go early to Firestone around 9 told them if I can get my free alignment, and they said yes so I left my car told me go back around 5 becuase they closed at 6 on Saturday so I get there my car is still same place I left I ask if they done the alignment they only said sorry couldn't get to it what's the point if they sold me that lifetime alignment if they not going to respect it.

They fixed my AC problem and gave me an option that saved me $1300.
Only issue is that they only have one AC tech that doesn’t work Wednesdays or Saturdays. I made my online appointment for a Wednesday, unaware of the scheduling mistake, and the website didn’t inform/stop me. They called me about 20 minutes before my appointment to advise, but I was already on the road.

Went in for a wheel alignment and immediately returned when I noticed my car was still pulling with a crooked steering wheel. They said the readings were correct and it might be a faulty tire . I went to the nearest auto care center across the street and quickly fixed it with no issue. Would’ve saved a lot of money if I went to them first.
