Great customer service! When I walked in every stylist was busy with a customer but it didn't stop each and every one from looking up, smiling and acknowledging me. Cassie cut my hair and did a great job, she was friendly, professional and did exactly what I asked for.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I have had great haircuts from great clips in another state and decided to try it out at the Heritage location in Wake Forest. When I went in I asked for 5”-6” cut with long layers and face framing. I went in with long hair down to my lower back, and when I was done, my hair was at my collar bone. The hair dresser cut close to 9” despite me showing them and them confirming the cutting length I asked for. If that wasn’t enough, my head was layered throughout. This is NOT the same as long layers. Besides not getting what I paid for, the said layers and face framing were not cut using proper technique. My face framing was cut bluntly with ZERO blending. Said “layers” were multiple tiers of blunt cuts. I immediately went to another location to get a correction, but now in total I’ve lost 10-11” of hair, which is a minimum of 5” more than I wanted. What was supposed to be a 30-40 min haircut became a 2.5 hour headache. I will absolutely spend the extra $30-40 to go to a salon and spa…in 5-6 months when my hair grows back.

I brought my 2.5 year old son in for a haircut. Previously, we’ve been going to another place and he’d always cry hysterically. I was anxious about him doing the same here. I’m thrilled to say that not a single tear came from his eye this time! Marie was exceptionally good with him and gave him a great cut. She knew exactly how to handle working with a toddler; I was so impressed. Marie was also friendly and professional. I’m just so relieved as a parent to find a great match for my son.

My wife took my sons to get their haircut for school, I kid you not the worst haircuts I've ever seen, so choppy and uneven. My sons could have cut each others hair better and they're 5 and 7. Never again

Always get a simple fade with a scissor cut on top and have never been disappointed! $25 with a tip for a consistently good haircut is great
