I had an appt with a tax advisor and when I arrived he wasn’t there. I inquired if he had an emergency or was ill and the response by the receptionist was that she didn’t control the schedule of the tax staff and that I could just leave my documents. Her final response, while laughing was “oh btw, you need to fill these forms out if you even want to leave your docs. Never have I been so poorly treated by a supposed precessional company and service. DO NOT USE H&R Block!!

Was asked to reschedule by one of the members at this branch, I come back at the scheduled time the next day (have text message to confirm time and place) and the store is closed and no one is there. When I tried to call the store it says its not open for another hour. Incredibly frustrating experience.

Sara N I have contacted your useless customer no-service dept. TWICE ! I've got a case #. Thats all i got. Well until 26 days later you replied. stay away from this location in Wake Forest, NC. They took my money & didn't complete the taxes for my deceas mom. They just don't care

Dear readers: please take the 1 star feedbacks to heart. I didn’t and now regret my decision to use this office. I’m completely dissatisfied with the lack of response, knowledge and help I received during the 3 weeks it took to finalize my very simple returns. Take your business somewhere else.

Would give 0 star if I could. Dropped my taxes off and didn't hear anything back for 2 weeks. I could not get in touch with anyone at this office and left several voicemails. Had to contact corporate to see what was going on only to find out no one was actually assigned to complete my taxes. This office is completely unprofessional and I ended up having to do my taxes myself after these so called "tax professionals" couldn't get the job done in any sort of a timely manner. I do not recommend coming here if you can help it.

I have tried to call this office and multiple other offices and left about a dozen messages over the past month. Not once were any of my messages returned. I even walked into the office and the staff appeared disoriented pointing blame to other places. I had a simple question and they can’t return calls. Stay away

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! WE HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE! IT TOOK WEEKS TO GET OUR TAXES DONE! AND THEY GAVE US AN ATTITUDE ABOUT IT. WE WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN! NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR.

Here for my appointment and the office isn't open. Someone came to the locked door and said she had to leave and to stand outside (in the rain) and wait to see if someone else shows up. Yeah, no.

I contacted H&R Block Wake Forest NC a little over a month ago to discuss filing an amended return. I was told I should see David Bole and that he wasn't available for a month out, today. I switched my appointment to a phone appointment and received information regarding call with Alexandra. I'm a busy man and made multiple arrangements for the 1pm call. 1pm went by and I called. No one to take call, left message. At about 1:15 I called again and reached someone. Receptionist I assume. I began telling her about my appointment and was cut off as she stated Alexandra was "no longer with us". I asked, "so you don't hand off customers to someone else?" She said yes. I told her about waiting a month to see David, and she said "I gotchyou". As I tried to speak again, she interrupted. More than once. I said let me finish my sentence please. She said something like well you have a complex, let me see about getting David for you. I said, "I think we're done", and hung up. And we certainly are done. I have no confidence in trusting these people to proficiently and effectively prepare my tax return. Not sure they could get a take-out order correct. Front-desk certainly not trained in effective professional communication. Moving on.

If I could leave a negative star without a doubt I would. I was helped by Schulette Jerrick and as she started out very nice and friendly things took a ugly turn quick. I am a new business owner and I was told she would be the perfect person to help me due to her experience. I CANNOT TELL SHE HAS BEEN DOING THIS FOR OVER 10 YEARS. I never leave reviews on anything but I am furious and felt the need to do so! There was information that she did not request upon my visit that I had to find out by another source is required in order to do taxes for business owners. I have been reaching out nonstop so that she can fix this matter and I only received one email saying ... I will have it this afternoon for you. It has been WEEKS and I have nothing from her. MUCH LESS AN EMAIL APOLOGIZING FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. I feel like I made a huge mistake trusting H & R Block with my first time business taxes. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I promise the person doing it out their own house will do a million times better job!
