Sat for 20 minutes and noone came. I walked out very angry. I ended up going to h and r block ar least their very perfessional and show up to the appointment. Terrible. People s time cant be replaced dont be unprofessional. Unfortunately i will be sharing. My experience with others. Sad.

I went to the Raleigh location in Wake Forest. Representative was unknowledgeable about aspects of his job.I was asking questions and Rep didn’t answer some of my questions asked. Rep. did not know anything about the cash advance loan when I asked questions. I actually had to go home and do research on google on how to receive cash advance. Before getting started on my taxes I informed the Rep. the only reason why I selected Jackson&Hewitt was for the cash advance. Rep didn’t mention that I had two options to receive money after approval by bank, which was on a card provided by J&H or direct deposit which will take 3to 5 business days.
Rep. Didn’t know much of anything about tax service.😡😡😡😡😡Some advice for J&R. After training your Tax Representatives have a person with experience shadow Him/Her making sure New Tax Rep. is proficient with all aspects of the job before leaving them alone.
