From our friend, the groom: "Please never use JR Photography & Media for any services as they will cancel on you two weeks before your wedding, and decline to return the $375 deposit as they are contractually obligated too. The owner of the company has not replied to a single message or payment request since August 12 after canceling on August 6 without any warning. We are extremely frustrated with the way that we have been treated and would like to ensure that this never happens to anyone else in the future. Please share this post to all friends and family so that no one has to deal with this level of unprofessionalism."

Jeannene is incredible! The day of my shoot I was not feeling the most confident and was crying for quite a while. Jeannene was so understanding and made me feel super comfortable despite how I was feeling, and she offered plenty of suggestions in order to help make the situation better. So glad she’s my photographer for senior pictures!
