Places a call there at the request of another store and the young lady was so rude we decided to simply not purchase the item we were looking for from them. It’s free to be nice.

Friendly associates. Helped me pick out the right floor length mirror. Love the holiday items they always have. Especially the pillows. Great sale deals and rewards program.

Products falling apart or otherwise scratched/damaged, rude employees such as cashier Courtney, and the manager couldn’t provide a refund for a partial payment without shutting down/restarting the terminal unless you want it on a store gift card. 0/10, take your money elsewhere.

Items say they’re available in store only to have order cancelled because the item is damaged. It’s also sold out. This has occurred more than once! Huge disappointment!

Absolutely love this location! Staff are always so friendly and helpful! I recently made a purchase of a piece of furniture online.
After it arrived at the store and I went to pick it up, the piece had gone on sale. The sales person helping me suggested that "return" the item and repurchase...saving me about $75. You don't get that service everywhere!

I love Kirklands stores but not this one. Got on the phone with a super rude lady. I placed my order online and then when I called to ask if it were ready for pick up & was informed that they didn’t have it and had meant to send an email but never did. I then told her if she could please double check because I was coming from 2 hours away and I already had gotten a confirmation email telling me my order was confirmed , order number and what store to pick up at. She then told me I shouldn’t have traveled that far to begin with. She was actually so rude. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at kirklands over the years- but I will not shop there again.
