Website is garbage. Try to search in-store keeps trying to send me across the state for some curtains. I'm done with lazy companies like this one. I'll never buy anything from this company again. I'll be blocking this company off my Internet provider.

The store advertised a sale. When I asked at the register they said it wasn’t going on. When I got online and saw it was going on in store and online I called to ask about it and they weren’t sure why the sales lady told me it wasn’t on and I’d have to drive back over to get the sale price.

I had two interview at kohl’s. One for lead in merchandise. Soon as I left they sent me a email and said I didn’t get the job and that’s was okay what god has for me is for me. But then I get another emails about working at Sephora for beauty lead. I did my makeup better than ever I got up extra early to get to the library our wake forest to make copy of resume and cover letter. My interview was 1/9/2025 at 10. I got there at 9:30, I looked at my phone Kohl’s sent a emails saying someone already had the job while I was waiting outside for an interview. I cried my eyes for existing my time knowing I would had done a great job with kohls especially with all this clothes everywhere in kids and all over the floor. I even witness a thief at my first interview. At first I was so upset but the way they did things I know working for them would have been a big problem. I thank god I dodge that bullet. I hope they do better, but I won’t shop at kohls again.

Kohl's has such an amazing selection of everything you want or need. My only complaint is there isn't one closer to home 🙂

I would not shop at Kohl’s in Wake Forest. I know the managers are super rude and the employees. The manager is really, really rude to people. Please don’t ever go to Kohl’s in wake forest Trust me. And I heard that HR is a really bad with employees. I recommend you not to work at that Kohl’s. I’ll make sure to close down this Company for good I have people that work for the government. There is a lady At Sephora, she was really really rude to me She had something on her like a rag, I don’t know why people at Kohl’s higher those kind of people they should fire her and I’ll make sure that she’s fired. I’ll go every day and see if she’s not working there.

Nasty, filthy, disgusting attitudes on the phone. I shop here all of the time, but I won’t anymore. I’ll go to a different Kohl’s.

Had a 10 dollar coupon and would not take it off. No one to help. There was a line so I just paid and left. Want happen again. Hate the way the store is now and no customer service

Make sure to wait for a bell to sound before advancing to a cashier's register at the checkout counter. DO NOT assume the employees are available to help you, just because their light is on and they have finished with their previous customer. You will be lectured by the cashier throughout your purchase interaction for not following Kohl's shopping rules.
