I love La Belle nails in Wake Forest. Thao, the manager does my nails. I can take any picture to her and she does an AMAZING job. Sometimes I copy her nails because they look so cute. The whole staff there is very sweet and always tries to make everyone feel comfortable. When I get a pedicure it is so relaxing I almost fall asleep. So if you are looking for a great place to get your nails done or a pedicure La Belle nails in Wake Forest is the place to go!!

Was visiting the area and decided to stop by and get my nails done. The technicians were super friendly, I was immediately sat down and they got to work. The lady who was doing my nails asked me the length, to which I told her a medium length. She proceeded to cut them to be some short, some medium a bunch of different lengths. Then when she asked the shape, my reply was coffin which I didn't get. She gave me one hand slightly coffin and the other hand was an array of uneven shapes. I told her that they weren't the shape I wanted and she assured me that she would shape them later in the process. She continued doing my nails and was NOT fixing the issue so I brought it up again to which he got annoyed with me and told me she'd shape it correctly. She never did. Then charged me $65 for SHORT uneven not shaped correctly nails no designs or anything just plain simple nails. Very disappointing.

Walked in & they attended me right away. Also it was around 9:40am when i walked in, there wasn't many customers waiting. I got dip powder & loved them!

My daughters and I have been going to Labelle nails for approximately seven years. Their work is great, but most of all I love their customer service. As soon as we walk in, they recognize us and truly want to know how we are doing. Wonderful people!

My sister & I went on a girl’s/ Mother’s Day outing and chose this place. We have been to various other locations, but have not been satisfied with their work. This place is now our go to definitely! They did an awesome job! They offered us quick availability, great and professional work, great customer service, and were super friendly. They are definitely our new go to!

it was my first time coming here and i am so happy to say i finally found a place that i truly like, i walked out of the salon feeling confident about my nails which rarely happens because i am pretty picky about my nails but the technician was so kind and patient, shout out to Donna, her attention to detail is appreciated...Great ambiance to the salon too, very calm and cozy..AH, i love my nails for real i highly recommend!

Only go here if you have a credit score of 850 or higher and are worth millions. Such a shame to belittle people and overcharge! I’ll never be back.

Moved to Wake Forest 7 months ago. Had regular manicure at La Belle Nails 12279 Capital Blvd Wake Forest Dec 2023. Manicurist did not clean cuticles satisfactorily but still gave 25% tip. Gave La Belle Nails another chance a week ago. Perhaps they will have a better experienced person. This time it was worse. The person had a warm bowl of water and didn't say anything. I had to ask. The nails were not shaped straight. I had to show and redo. Rough edges. I had to demonstrate. Cuticles not cleaned. She applied the first coat. There were streaks and didn't say anything. I pointed it out. The other lady said two coatings were needed then changed it to three coatings. This visit was not going well. The other lady offered I choose another color. I chose to leave. I still left the payment plus 20% tip. I was not after a free service. Just needed an experienced person who can deliver competent service. Not going back to La Belle Nails. Not recommended.

I needed a quick polish change with great customer service and La Belle delivered! I was in and out in 30 minutes with a polish color I love.

Everything was fine until the color didn’t came as it was in the template, they noticed and said something about the color being to clear, but didn’t offer a solution or to change it. It was supposed to be WHITE with glitter not transparent with glitter

I’m looking for a new nail salon in Wake Forest and walked in at LaBelle for a basic manicure with gel polish…. The manicure was lackluster… water cold, no hand massage not even an offer of lotion and the gel paint was so incredibly lumpy and uneven. We went to a wedding the next day and my sister commented that she thought her granddaughter painted my nails.. Her granddaughter is 8. Stay away from this place..

I have come to this place many times over the years and I usually leave dissatisfied, especially after management changes. I’m never offered a beverage. I’m not asked what pedicure I would like to have. And I am not treated like a valued customer. The prices seem to vary and it comes across very dishonest. And when they mess up, instead of apologizing, they always shift the blame back on the customer. They talk about you once you’ve aggravated them. I will NEVER return again and I will not recommend. They need to do better.
