Went to self checkout last night. Had too many items for the four bags in the turnstile next to the register. When I removed a bag to continue scanning the remainder of my items the register would not let me continue scanning because I removed a bag to fit more items. The register started to flash indicating that help was needed. No one was available to help. I removed all of the items from self checkout and went to a regular checkout line to pay for all of my items. When I got home we received a phone call saying that we didn't pay for the items. I was accused of stealing. Fix your machines or hire more actual employees to run registers.

Clean store. Just not inviting when entering the store, out of the years I have gone here, only a handful of the staff was helpful in helping me find a difficult to find item, even after asking.

I had the most awful experience at this store. I purchased a cake for my daughters birthday but they image was messed up. I was told they could fix it and remake it. They would also discount it for me. My daughter really wanted the cake and I was told they could remake it right away. I went to let the lady know at customer service that I misplaced my receipt but I have my method of payment but could she look it up. She told me yes but she needed to go verify with the lady I spoke with. The lady came back and said I didn't not pay for the cake. I told her I did pay for the cake. She said the manager told her I did not pay for the cake. I literally just left and came back not even 20 minutes ago. My daughter started to look at me with tears in her eyes. Mommy I really want my birthday cake it's Barbie. It has my name on it and the number 6. I assured her everything would be fine and she would get her birthday cake. I asked to speak with the store manager. He kept saying he understands that I said I paid for the cake but they still need to verify. I told him why would I steal a cake, bring the cake back, wait 30 minutes for them to fix it with my daughter when I have family that is employed here. I was given no apology. I was accused of trying to steal a cake in front of my daughter. My daughter and I was a whole hour late to her birthday party that was only three hours . Because I had to sit and wait for them to remake her cake. My experience was awful. The customer service is horrible, and the entire management team needs to be retrained. The cake was HORRIBLE. It was bone dry. In spite of the dilemma we had my daughter birthday party was amazing next time, I will just stick with Sam's Club

I lost my cell phone in the bathroom and I walked back a few minutes later and someone had turned it in and the staff were very gracious in helping look for it.

Staff is nice and helpful. It's a good place to go for last minute items, but they are kind of limited in what they carry.

Clean and nicely organized store. Friendly employees. Needs more organic produce! Very small organic selection and usually very old, wilted and molded. Please consider accommodating those of us who eat organic, pesticide-free foods.
