Well ordered 12000 dollars worth of cabinets. Color is way way off was instructed to go ahead and install that they would make them right. Now there is no more returned calls or emails. No response to anything. Ordered cabinet in October and still waiting on cabinets. Our salesman was instructed not to reply to emails or phones calls anymore by his manager. And in store the manager just walks away from the discussion in person. Guess it's time for a attorney. Cabinet buyers beware diamond cabinets are crap and trust when you order you are hung with them. Next review will disclose all parties names. Thanks lowes for the worst big purchase experience.

I placed over a $1,000 order. They changed my delivery time four times in less than 24 hours. They have no regard for your time. They also say they delivered items that they did not. So I do not have my complete order and they didn't deliver at any of the times that I received texts and emails for. Don't expect any help when you call either. I'm very disappointed.

I am trying to buy my mother a washing machine and have it delivered … I spoke with Kim in appliances on Monday ..she was WONDERFUL !!!!! I called back to make a purchase … I literally waited 12minutes before being transferred to appliances ,( no answer) , customer service …and finally lumber …. Then gave up … I am a platinum pro so I decided to call the pro desk …. Was transferred there and held for another 4 minutes before being told the pro desk was closed …. I know they don’t care about customer service …. No one else does either in today’s world….. I hate dealing with Lowe’s but sometimes I have no other choice …. ANSWER THE FREAKING PHONE!

I normally like Lowes over HD but this store has forgotten customer service. If I need something from lowes I buy it online or go to another store more often than not

I purchased a toolbox in December directly from this store. When we got home and put it together, it’s dented. But taking it back seems like a pretty big hassle For a dent. But I wasn’t thrilled. Then I purchased a water cooler to be delivered. I didn’t realize Lowe’s delivery really means FedEx shipping. FedEx lost the water cooler, After a week and a half of riding around all over town, I finally get it, and the box is just completely full of holes and dents. So I called Customer Service for the second time about this order (The first time I was hung up on) And it’s a lady that keeps telling me to take it to a closet for a return. After five minutes of trying to decipher what she said, I realize she is telling me to take it to the “closet stir”, which means the closest store. I realize she can’t speak English too well so I asked for someone else . She leaves me on hold for three minutes and comes back to say nobody else can speak to me. I ask her about the return policy and she simply didn’t know. She told me she didn’t know . I asked her if she felt it was necessary to go find out about her stores return policy, and I got utter silence. At this point, I’m annoyed I hang up. I call back and I actually got somebody on the line that did speak English and come to find out. You have to report that it arrived damaged As soon as you get it. I am glad I didn’t take her advice or I think they would’ve told me I was out of luck. I was told I cannot exchange the item because there are no more left. However, I went online and it looks like I am able to place the order for another one. I think this company is simply too big. No one seems to care. I am fed up and this will definitely be my last purchase. The swingset I purchased from them a year and a half ago is already falling apart. I can’t say I’m happy.

Not too bad here. I was able to get what I needed and finish the job. Was in and out so fast (hence the 4 stars) I didn't get a chance to notice much about the place.

Drove down just to buy a hand held blower,14 miles one way. Pick up craftsman blower marked down to $79. Got to the register and sale price wouldn't come up, clerk said go back and take a picture of the sign and they would adjust the price. Did what they said and still wouldn't honor the advertised price. Very poor way to do business, don't go to that store for anything on sale.

Left, no customer service. Spent 30 minutes looking for a lightbulb. Shelves were empty. Hit a need help bell and nobody showed up. 2 other people in the aisle for as long as I was or longer because we left looking for a lightbulb but couldn't find anyone to ask for help. Finally an employee came over and contradicted what google said as my wife was trying to google substitution options as we couldn't find what I thought would be a pretty standard lightbulb on the shelf. Ended up going to home depot. Better selection not any better service but at least they had a standard lightbulb in stock

I recently purchased a washer and dryer from Lowe’s within two months and paid for the installation kit and service both times. However, on each delivery, the installers claimed they couldn’t complete the installation because the hoses they brought in were too short—even though my laundry room is only 4x4 feet. Instead of attempting any resolution, they simply offered to leave the unusable hoses behind.
From other reviews, it seems this is a recurring problem for other customers. It feels like Lowe’s is charging for installation kit without ensuring it can actually be completed. If you’re planning to pay for appliance installation, be cautious—it might just be an unnecessary markup with no follow-through. Now I have to expend time trying to get a refund for the unsuable kit, and plan a trip to the store to buy the hoses needed. Disappointing.

First of store shopping was good. 4 stars.
Leaving the store and having to walk around dog poop is not acceptable. It’s a shame we have to put up with dog owners who need to take their dog but can’t or won’t pick up the crap.
