Three reasons I will return again and again. Excellent customer service. Outstanding prices. Quality products.I have to admit I was very skeptical initially. The prices seemed too good to be true. From the time that I arrived until the time the mattresses were delivered, I received nothing less than superb service.

John was super great. We had issues getting approvals to go through and he really went above and beyond. Excellent customer service and was very reasonable in making things work for us. I would highly recommend and give 10 stars if it would let me.

I found this place on Facebook, after speaking with someone three messages I finally went in and saw the place. Didn’t take long for me to find the prefect mattresses and the price was unbelievable. Mr. John answered all my questions that I had and he work everything out that I got my mattresses days later. I personally recommend this place!!!

Where do we begin…I called and scheduled an appointment and we were able to meet Mr. John within the hour at the Wake forest location. Mr. John provided exceptional customer service. He was extremely knowledgeable of every mattress that we sat upon. Mr. John and his wife have been in business for over 11 years and it shows. My husband and I were able to purchase one queen set, one queen mattress, and one king set all altogether with Mr. John’s help! . Mr. John clearly has a servants heart, and we are forever grateful for him. If you haven’t already, please schedule an appointment for a new mattress I promise you, that you will not be disappointed. Go ahead and make the call now for a good night sleep!

Everything was awesome. Store was neat and clean and the lady that helped me one of the owners at the Durham store was amazing in helping me pick a mattress out and delivering. My apologies I'm horrible with names lol. Also good conversation and great one on one customer service.. And the best part is I was able to make a payment plan and take my mattress home right away instead of waiting until it was fully paid for. Stores like this need to stay around forever

Mr. John was patient, professional, and answered all questions. Slept peacefully. I did not wake in the middle of the night. Best investment ever. I felt a sense of peace and relief. My back isn’t tight nor sore when I awake. Gel memory foam mattress.
