hot hot weather they were able to get me back on the road! Next day I bought a new tire from them and as usual the customer service was excellent! Thanks to you all….

Can’t say enough about Meineke. Went for an oil change and didn’t have long to wait at all. Everyone there was so helpful and kind. I’ve been going there for many years and will continue to do so. Thank you, Meineke!

Great service, friendly staff, and honest. I had a dead battery last Saturday. When I called they checked that they had a battery in stock and told me to come right in. At first it seemed the battery was still good. The technician continued to check it and found it had a bad cell. They replaced the battery and I was in my way within 45 minutes.

Came in for a scheduled oil change. Advised not to rotate my tires, as I get this done elsewhere. Every time I go, they do not seem to top off my fluids as they advertise is done. Prior to service, I knew my windshield washer fluid was empty. I had been meaning to fill it. It was empty still after service and I had to fill it myself. This is fine, but it leaves me to question if they topped off the rest of my fluids at all as well as their quality and attentiveness to detail. They put today’s date as the return date on my window sticker, which they also did last time which is rather asinine and confusing. When I questioned this, as customers are to return based on time frame OR mileage… the man behind the counter gave me some mansplained excuse that many people work from home, so they do not know how often I am driving and cannot put a more exact date… which makes no sense as oil ages and regardless of if it is being driven, it may need changed within the date or by the mileage. In addition to this, they proudly play FOX News in their lobby, and I do not care to sit around and listen to bigoted right wing media run “news” while I wait for my car. Politics should have NO place in a chain business. Will most likely not be returning as a customer.

The most trustworthy and professional shop I’ve been to in Wake Forest. Their communication is second to none and they are up front with costs. I tend to keep vehicles for many years, so it is important to me to have a place I can rely on to keep my vehicles on the road.

The owner/manger and the technician Sam could not have been more helpful. Because they were open Sunday they were a situation saver. Definitely recommend to have them to take care of your vehicle.
