I called this place to find out what is going on with my lightening charging port so, I can schedule an appointment. I scheduled the appointment 4 days later from that day with a guy on the phone. Once I drove to this location which is 1 hour away; when I got there they told me I didn’t have an appointment made with them. That is very unprofessional.

I do recommend this place, they are honest! I went for brake check up because my dealership told me few months ago I needed to change brakes but I didn’t hear any noises or had trouble back then so I decided not to change them. Lately I heard some noises coming from the front of my car so I thought well now might be time to change it. But instead of going to my dealership I wanted to make sure so I went somewhere else.
At this Meineke the guy who took my call and received my car was really nice, respectful, and professional. He asked one of their mechanics to take it for a drive test and check everything. Guess what? No time to change brakes yet but give it few months. Of course without questions I will go back to this Meineke to have them change my brakes! You earned my business, thank you for your honesty and outstanding customer service.

Last summer my A/C died. They told me that I needed to replace the whole ac unit in my car. After parts and labor, it was hundreds of dollars. 2 weeks later, my ac was dead again and I didn't have the money to fix whatever the real problem was. I finally saved enough to address the ac again, plus I needed to get my inspection done. Dropped off my car Thr. after hours so they would have all Fri. to inspect and repair. Parts had to be ordered, wouldn't be ready until Saturday, fine. I get a call Sat. that my car is ready - I pay and then realize my inspection isn't on the bill. It's about 20 mins before closing,they tried to do it, but had to unplug the battery for some reason and that caused them to need to have to wait until Mon. to get all the readings for inspection. So Mon. I finished work and bolt to Meineke to pick up my car, assuming it would be ready. Wrong. They couldn't get readings on 2 sensors after making 2 attempts for inspection. They put 300 miles on my car (which I probably don't do in a month), used up half a tank of gas, and didn't get the job done. So I feel like I paid for my ac to be replaced unnecessarily last summer, just to fork out a few hundred more this year. And I went without my car for 4 days for a task they couldn't complete. They wasted my time and money, and left trash in my car. While the staff was nice, I can't recommend using this facility.

I was very happy with the service that I received. The only thing I was dissatisfied about is that they discontinued their loyalty program points without notifying customer.

This place is very dishonest, they always try to get money out of me somehow. The guy that was there on Tuesday did not give good customer service. I'll be looking to take my car somewhere else.

The Meineke location was helpful. We did have an issue with one item that was worked on and they corrected it the next day. I would go back.

If I could give less stars I would. They did something without even asking my husband and then charged 200 dollars for it. And the car still doesn’t work, it’s actually worse. I will be requesting our money back. Please email me, as that will be the best way to reach me.

Always fast and courteous service. Only fixed what was need and gave great preventative maintenance advice.
