First time using the urgent care minute clinic. As a veteran I was worried of high prices for a strep throat test and medicine. The nurse was very helpful and helped me with my insurance. Thank you!

Excellent care! Clean space, professional staff, speedy testing and diagnosis. I would definitely recommend for minor illnesses.

NP was rude and went on break as soon as she came out of her office. I was waiting in the waiting area for 30 minutes before I was even acknowledged. It seemed as if I was bothering her. NP was very short and talked down to me.

I wouldn’t go to this minute clinic even if it were the only place I could be seen!My partner and I have had to go here a few times now and this last time will be the very last. They’ve done this twice now where I pay and they tell me all of the services are included on the bill only to be billed months later by Quest Diagnostics. Never receiving results on said labs but the company still wants their money and I’m left wondering what in the world I paid Minute Clinic for??Oh and may I also mention that my last trip here I was gas lighted by the lady that saw me. I’ve never felt so bad after leaving the doctors office I regretted going. All I can say is do yourself a favor and just go to urgent care! It’s about the same price if you’re paying out of pocket. You’re welcome

The doctors at the minute clinic are extremely nice and competent, they explain things really well and despite going in for health issues it's always a pleasure. I always feel much better after an appointment here.

TRUCK DRIVERS WITH A CDL BEWARE!!!!!! Do NOT go to this location for your DOT physicals! Dew, the woman who does the physicals just refused my husband a 1 year card renewal due to MILD sleep apnea even though the FMCSA’s website for the DOT specifically states:What Level of Sleep Apnea (mild, moderate, severe) Disqualifies a CMVDriver? The disqualifying level of sleep apnea is moderate tosevere, which interferes with safe driving. My husband provided this doctor with ALL paperwork she requested as well as a doctor note from his PRIMARY care provider. His sleep study specifically states that he has MILD sleep apnea. This NURSE practitioner clearly has NO idea what she is doing and needs a lot of training!!! She called the DOCTOR and refused to completely explain everything to the doctor and all she mentioned to the doctor was that he had sleep apnea… not even what severity it is from his sleep study. She even measured his neck which was 17” … WHICH IS THE CUTOFF. My husband is 6’5”. She kept making excuses that she would be putting her license on the line but when she asked if he falls asleep all the time and all of the mandatory questions she asked him… he passed!!! My husband answered no to all of the questions. When my husband asked to speak to the doctor… she ignored him and hung up. My husband is ELIGIBLE for a 1 year medical card.Sleep Apnea is considered being under control when it is MILD or BETTER status!!!DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

From Out of town and due to medical situation with husband (discovered cancer) am delayed in returning home and am in need of blood pressure medicine to get me thru until I get home in 45 days. Paid $139. To see Nurse Practitioner who gave me 30 days supply and with blood test (still have not received copy of but have received additional bill for $71.) I was called and told my createan levels are still in normal range but at high end and they won’t give me the additional 60 days of meds and told me to go to a different walk in Dr!! She said she would mail blood test and after 2 weeks I still have not received it but did get a $71. I paid additional $3 when they said I had to have a blood test and asked what the fee was. I did let them know I do not have insurance and feel this is ridiculous. I have spent over $200 to get 90 day blood pressure meds and now am being told to go see a Dr. Why did they take my money and say they would help in the beginning? Very disappointed and would not recommend. We have done all our Covid vaccines, boosters and a $200 shingle shot since September of 2021 and would not go back. Did not see a Doctor.

On 11/24 I went to this MinuteClinic location for a tetanus shot which was required prior to volunteering at a local dog shelter. Scheduled for tetanus and confirmed with the NP once I arrived. Turns out she gave me a flu shot which explains why I’ve felt under the weather since Thanksgiving. This is beyond careless!!!! Imagine if it was a different vaccination or I was immunocompromised or other health condition!!! I’ve filed a formal complaint.

Wow! We were in a rough spot with my five year old having an ear infection. The pediatrician couldn't fit us in for three days and I was at my wits end. Checked out the Minute Clinic, they had a spot, we scheduled, and were taken care of very well! Ended up getting the medicine we needed and NP Dew was fantastic helping us. She was so kind to my five and two year old.

I pay 139.00 for appt visit...then 125.00 for labs.. I could not receive my 5mg blood pressure pills because they are not qualified to prescribe me any meds. Do not waste your money. They told me to make doctors appt...Go to a real Doctor...I had to repay again...see a real doctor that recieved the same labs I paid for to get my prescription. Save your money and make a real appt. With a qualified doctor.

My 2 boys and myself went there and got flu shots this year and despite the negative reviews yes we had to wait a few minutes but heck I always have to wait at the doctors office so I wasn’t bothered by it. The lady was extremely nice and friendly to my kids and myself.

Canceled my appointment without telling me, after driving 30 minutes to get to this location. Then they tell me to come back later the same day.

The Nurse Practitioners here are helpful and answer all my questions. I scheduled an appointment online and was seen at my scheduled time.
