One of the slowest diesel pumps I have ever seen, there is absolutely zero reason for a fuel pump to be this slow.

Inaccurate price on the sign. Listed $3.40 today, $3.59 at the pump. No visible indication of this being a "special conditions" price (e.g only if you get a carwash).

Three Saturdays ago, I visited this place to have my vehicle washed. Afterward, while using the vacuum cleaners, a very expensive pen fell on the floor of my vehicle and got sucked up into the vacuum cleaner. I told the attendants about it. They told me that in order for the pen to be retrieved from the vacuum canister (I could hear it rattling around; it would have been easy to get) they would have to turn off the vacuum cleaners for all the other customers. I didn't want to inconvenience them, so I told him that I would come back the next day. The attendant told me that he would inform his manager/supervisor and it would be retrieved for me that night at closing when they cleaned out the canisters. When I returned early the next day, I went to the main office. One of the attendants who was working the night before remembered me and explained the situation to the person who was apparently the manager, a girl with long, dark hair, sitting in a circle with a group of other attendants doing nothing. She told me that pen could not be retrieved and gave some lame excuse about the items being dirty or some other nonsense and basically refused to be of any assistance. Because I was the only person of color in the building, it would be easy to ascribe her unwillingness to help to a certain level of racism, but instead I'll attribute it to a basic laziness. All she had to do was point me in the direction of the place where the canisters were emptied. I would have picked through myself. I had gloves and my pen was distinctive enough that I would have found it easily. This business has posted on its wall its company values. It should amend them to include Lying and Laziness. I waited for a while before submitting this review thinking my anger about the incident would subside, but remembering the shiftlessness of the staff person has made me more upset about it. There are better places than this to get your car washed. Go to them.

this is the greatest car wash in Raleigh and Wake Forest. I have had exceptional service at every location every time. They fully spray down the car with soap before entering the car wash, and they provide spray cleaner and clean towels to use, and I'm able to wash my mats for free. The vacuuming stations are great highly recommend.

i have come here multiple times and my car still comes out dirty after a $20 wash .It leaves a film . this is the last time i will come here . the workers are friendly and let me wash again for free but i checked it upon getting out a second time and it was still dirty ! dont waste your money
