“I've been recycling my old ink and toner cartridges here for a couple of months and finally accrued enough store credit to exchange for a personal gift to myself. I can't think of another business that offers such value.”

“Steve from the Staples location in Wake Forest, NC was AWESOME!! I had to go for my TSA precheck. He was kind, gentle, and explained everything with patience. He was also very personable. Steve was very accommodating being that I am recovering from chemo and radiation he took notice and made sure to try and cheer me up. He really did brighten my day. Thank You for being a nice human being Steve, those are hard to come by these days 💜”

“I had a great experience at this business. I had seen it but never utilized it, but now I know I will return. I had two VHS tapes that are 25 years old and wanted to make videos that I could upload to YouTube. They helped me with this, explained the process, and the price was reasonable. It was done quickly in a couple of days and the quality was good. They were clear and professional. They also converted a DVD of mine. I will continue to use them and would recommend them highly. Friendly and efficient. Thanks!”

“I recently shipped multiple packages at this FedEx located inside the Walmart. I must say that I was very impressed with the employee (Marj). I rarely write reviews but Marj earned my respect and I believe she deserves a shout-out. She demonstrated a level of proficiency, competence and care that we are not accustomed to seeing these days. I honestly feel she elevates this FedEx location to a whole new level. From now on, this FedEx location will be my go-to store.”

“To the man who patiently worked with me on getting my father’s artwork from Raleigh to Phoenix: thank you thank you thank you. Everything was packed perfectly, with attention and care. It arrived in pristine condition, ready to be framed and displayed. Not one single issue. This person went above and beyond and put me at ease about my precious packages’ cross country journey. This is irreplaceable so I was quite nervous but this UPS store absolutely delivered. Highly recommend.”
