My husband and I cannot recommend Melissa Pyatak enough!!! We made contact with her through a local Facebook group when we decided we wanted to relocate to Raleigh, NC. Melissa was extremely knowledgeable about the area and was very responsive. We knew we wanted to work with her from the first few conversations we had. When we came to visit to check out the area, she was more than willing to show us popular spots and help us feel familiar with Raleigh. It can be extremely overwhelming to move out of state and she made the whole process easy. She made us feel comfortable and made it easy for us to see Raleigh as our new home. She also was more than willing to advocate for our best interest during the home buying process. Our journey to home ownership has been a long one, starting back in the crash when we had a realtor that pushed us to make decisions we shouldn't have. A foreclosure and many years of saving later, my wife and I are finally home owners a second time. Lori and her amazing team at Property Specific are a huge part of our new home journey. From helping us with walkthroughs from three states away, to coordinating with inspectors and attorneys, to helping us navigate a difficult and non-communicative seller, Lori, Dana and Kathleen have been stellar.
