The only good pharmacist they have is Caleb. I went in to pick up my meds yesterday. The pharmacist tech (this tech was actually nice of which far and few) went and dug it out of what looked like a 100+ bins waiting to be checked in. I don't understand why "Walgreens" doesn't help this pharmacy by adding the necessary pharmacy employees to help with the all awful customer service that needs changing. Why aren't there 2 pharmacist on duty daily. Wake Forest is a huge population and only growing. This pharmacy is incredibly busy and Wake Forest is only growing, however "Walgreens corporations" doesn't seem to want to spend the money on this particular pharmacy. We just need better service from our dollars.

All i can say is that Im soooo hoping that this Walgreens is one of the 1500 that plan on shutting down.The pharmacist was rude on the phone ( some old white skinny dude, I saw him when I picked my prescription up) , the black girl at the register thought something was funny, and I waited on my antibiotic for 4 hours( with the exception that 2 hours was before store opening, which is understandable)....so done with this location.....

Just came in after a headache of trying to get a prescription filled for my toddler’s ear infection. Christopher in the pharmacy was so incredibly helpful — even guided me through getting some discounts for the medication as our new insurance company wasn’t yet working in the system. Thanks to him we saved a bunch of money for this refill and the process was so simple!

I had never been to this particular Walgreens until today but the website had it as the only store having what I needed. The store is in a high traffic area so that is likely why I never stopped before but it was easy to get in and out of the parking lot. The store layout is very different than other Walgreens as it is a converted store that was once Rite Aid. The store didn't seem fully stocked either or it just doesn't carry as many products as the other Wake Forest Walgreens. I was able to get 4 of the 5 items they were to have in stock. They technically had 5 but one was missing a piece. This wouldn't be my first choice in Walgreens to shop at but another option is always a good thing.

Terrible pharmacy! Even when you tell them to stop autofill they continue. When you tell them you will pick up your prescription a certain day, they still call repeatedly to ask you to pick up. I've had 4 calls in 24 hours, despite telling them I would be in Wednesday. Totally incompetent people.

Poor customer service. Never have prescriptions ready on time. Screw up filing with insurance when they don’t have prescriptions even available to fill which prohibits you from going elsewhere and very rude and disrespectful staff. Will never get a prescription filled here again.

This store in particular does not work with you, they work against you every single time. Caroline and Zahra are some of the most unfriendly people I've ever met in my life. Avoid this place at all costs.

Walgreens used to be my favorite pharmacy. Ive but up with a lot thinking it was just a rough patch, but Ive had it! Too many problems consistently without fail. No more. Im done. You will never see another dime from me.

Friday, my baby with ear pain and need, we rushed to pediatrician, they called in prescription at 5.38 pm, I got there at 6.02pm everyone was still there. And all I got was we closed at 6.00 and not open till Monday. Like really???? Stay away from this pharmacy.
