Update to my previous review: Owner took my complaint very seriously. She reached out to me and offered the best possible solution. I will try them again. I like the business who are open to customers criticism and takes it as a chance to improve. Please consider them for your future needs.

I brought my son to Cindy at Serenity Spa. He had had a number of bad haircuts and was trying to keep his hair longer. Cindy listened to what he was looking for, added her professional opinion and gave him a great haircut! It was blended well and she gave him great feedback for styling. It was the haircut he’d been asking for and hadn’t gotten until we came to Cindy.

This review is so hard for me since I have been to the spa before and have had an amazing experience but I really wouldn’t want any bride to be to go through what I experienced. I went to get a bridal up do with clip in hair extensions, the lady that did my hair was very sweet Naisha she did not apply a lot of the extensions saying it was unnecessary. I trusted her with her decision, mind you I went the day of my wedding alone to enjoy me time. When she was done she did a video of the front and back which looked great and I was happy and even tipped her. The girIs at the spa even said it looked great (never told me at all it was a disaster on the sides) they took some pictures but I didn’t review them until I drove to my venue. I was devastated, I cried so much when I saw my hair you can see a bun she added, Bobby pins sticking out and my hair in 3 different ponytails, I had my bridesmaid try and fix it. So sad that my special day went this way. I paid 100 and gave a tip so sad to have experienced this my wedding day.The pictures was taken by them at the spa before I left.

Always enjoy my pedicures by Ashley and Logan! They are so fun to talk with as well! Love the private atmosphere this salon provides as well - it's not like going to any other nail salon where there's so many people around you and so much going on. As a mom I love the peace and quiet that is provided when I book my nail appointments with them!

I lucked up and was able to get a same day hot stone massage with Katrina today!!! I routinely receive massage services and have tried numerous providers of varying specialties and regions over the years; however, thanks to a desperate Google search this morning after finding that my regular masseuse was booked (unsurprisingly) until late-September, I discovered Salon Serenity Spa and almost cried out of relief that they had an afternoon opening!! I am convinced that Katrina has healing hands and they were EVERYTHING!!! that I needed to relax and rejuvenate after a mentally and physically exhausting week. Today was my first visit to this spa but it definitely won’t be my last!! Matter of fact, I’ve already booked my next appointment and will be looking forward to every minute of it!!!

My husband found the salon and booked me a surprise massage, facial and pedicure. The massage was amazing, the facial was nice. I didn't feel like it was world changing skin care just a good cleansing. The pedicure was okay but I was excited to see that they also service acrylic nails.I scheduled an appointment with Madison and she quickly became my regular nail tech. I've been getting acrylic nails since I was 13 (I'm in my 40's now) and Madison was definitely one of the best nail techs I've been to, especially at shaping nails. Fast forward to last week I show up to my appointment and one of the other young ladies is now my nail tech. When I asked where Madison was, she said she was no longer working there. I was really taken aback. Communication is a serious sore spot with this business, when my husband booked he did so in person. When he got the call to confirm the booking the young lady calling completely misread what services were booked and proceed to argue with him about it. He had a receipt listing all the services. Finally she apologized and confirmed the correct services. When I arrived for the appointment they again had the services mixed up. I always book my appointment before I leave. I always get a nail service (fill or fullset) and a pedicure. One time I arrived and the pedicure was missing and they had to call one of the young ladies, Ashley, in to perform the service. Another time I received a confirmation call for an appointment, except they had the day wrong. But, I always rolled with it, I understand booking software can be tricky and I really enjoyed Madison and LOVED my nails. I got so many compliments on them! So, I was really bummed to show up and be seated with a different nail tech. A change like that should have been communicated to all of Madison's regular customers prior to them arriving for their service. I appreciated the young lady, Logan, who did my nails but I could tell she was inexperienced in working with acrylic. My nails look terrible. They are bumpy, the polish looks lumpy and less than a week later, two of them are lifting. I spent over $80 on this service and I'm really disappointed in the final result. I understand that things happen and stylists and nail techs move on but this warranted a phone call giving Madison's regulars a heads up. Overall, I found the ladies to be friendly and enjoyed visiting but I wouldn't recommend them for nail services but definitely go get yourself a massage. Just be mindful of the gaps in communication.Services: Skin treatments

Logan does an excellent job putting you at ease, taking the time to find out what you really want with your haircut and style and making sure you are pleased with the results.

My spouse bought me a $300 gift card at the end of year 2021 and I received it as a Xmas gift - during the COVID era which I was definitely more hesitant to do any sort of spa treatment. The gift card looked like a credit card and had no info on it with regard to how much $$ was on it, when it expired etc.. fast forward to beginning of 2023 ( March) I remembered I had this gift card and booked a massage as i was so overdo for one. My massage therapist was solid and I was very pleased and was thinking that this place could be my new “go to” spa. I handed the woman at the desk my gift card who tells me there is $300 balance on it but I can’t use it as it’s apparently expired and I owe $160 for my massage. I have never been to this place and I am unaware that my gift card had expired. She informs me that I only had a year which I clearly had no information on nor did my gift card. Additionally a $300 Xmas present via spa treatment I think is a pretty nice gift. The front desk woman dismissed the gift card and me as if my money was no good. I ended paying the $160 for my treatment but walked away pretty disillusioned and knew I would need to attempt to resolve this with mgt/owner. Given the fact that the past few years have not exactly been “in person friendly” with COVID and coupled with no info on the gift card I would hope that any small business owner would want to gain a new loyal customer as I was more than ready to be and have no problem paying good money for value. Additionally I am overdo to get back to regular spa appointments as I used to do a massage and facial once a month. I had already booked my second massage before I began the exchange with the front desk woman about payment for the session and the gift card situation. I emailed the owner later that day as the whole situation did not sit well with me and it's now been a month and I have yet to garner a email, voicemail, or text response from anyone at Serenity Spa. I cannot believe a business owner would pass up the opportunity to not only do the right thing but gain a loyal customer. In the end I guess that was a pretty expensive one and only massage for $460. definitely NOT WORTH IT. Many other places in the area to go to that not only focus on service at hand but customer service as well. this day in age, businesses that focus on both service and customer service WIN.

I had highlights and a trim by Madison. WOW!! First off she’s a wonderful person. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting and chatting with her. The color of my highlights is just gorgeous!!!! I did have a trim, I was very nervous after visiting another couple of salons in the area who really messed my hair up Madison listened to me, she understood everything I needed and wanted and then some! I will be back. Thank you Madison!Services: Hair coloring

The services we received were awesome, we really enjoyed our “spa day” for my sister bachelorette. However it was so confusing trying to make a package and get the discounts we were offered, I got three different prices before we actually got to check out. We heard during our visit there’s a lot of new people due to the lasting effects Covid put of this business,, so all in all we’d love to return without the “group” and get pampered! Seriously this place has it all!

Best massage of my life. Cannot wait to go back. We did a couples massage and I've never had someone so in-tuned to what I needed, and all of those special little touches massage therapists don't think about (hands, chest, scalp, face).
