I would give it negative if Google allowed. Walked in, signed in for apt., and was 4th I queue. 45 minutes later, was still 4th. Staff is slow, and customer service needs work. Because Spectrum allows UPS returns, walked out and UPS was next door. Shipped it that way. Don't waste my time at this location.

We waited 40+ minutes to drop off a product we didn’t need anymore. The crew is burned out and used to frustrated customers, so they don’t go out of their way for anything other than a robotic “Sorry, how can I help you.” I dread going to this place when I need anything related to this company; it’s a down-right awful waste of time you will gain next-to-nothing for.

The wake forest spectrum refused to take my equipment for return. However they took the persons equipment behind me. Myself and three others had to leave and go to the ups store.

This store Has the worst customer service refused to take back equipment that we were told to bring to the store and drop it off told us to take it to UPS because they didn’t want to process the returns the two gentlemen there were very rude after having us stand there for like 45 minutes will never shop or do business with spectrum ever again please avoid this place.

I recently visited the Spectrum store and had the pleasure of meeting Kim. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by her professionalism and warmth. She was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and showed remarkable patience with every customer she assisted. It was clear that she genuinely cares about providing excellent service and making sure each person feels heard and supported. Kim made my experience smooth and positive—I truly appreciated her help!

Absolutely ridiculous that these places run 3 employees at a time when the entire store is full every-time. Ridiculous way of doing business but because it’s a necessity they can get away with it.

I had a great experience with Spectrum Mobile today thanks to Tyler. He was beyond helpful and incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all our questions and making the entire process smooth and stress-free. There is no reason I should have to sit for over half an hour to wait to return equipment. Make this process quicker or expedited for such a simple thing.
