Switched from Verizon to T Mobile in December, biggest mistake! Still haven't received payment to payoff phones that were under contract with Verizon. Customer service absolutely horrible, cell service has no where near same coverage area. Switching back to Verizon save your self the headache the savings aren't worth it.

The worst company, if you are thinking about moving to mobile, don't do it. It will be your worst horror. I changed from cricket to mobile. Now I'm getting angry, they don't answer my calls. I'm online for hours. And even worse, my payment went up. from one day to the next and to top it off they charged me double. They are thieves. Be very careful...

Terrible customer service. I had thought about recommending them but with what happened to me I would never recommend them and to finish it they gave me a total and at the time of paying they charged me Double I regret having been moved by cricket To spend with them...they are some scammers..I already have an Esperanto Hour. The annoying music annoys me. If you are in kriket, don't move, especially much better than this horrible company.

Zach at Wake Forest has the best customer service I have ever experienced with any business. He is so caring and wants the best for his customers. He follows up with people, even when they are not his customers. He travels from store to store and I have had the pleasure to work with him in 3 different stores, that I only wish to deal with him only as he is so efficient, very knowledgeable and well organized.Thank you Zach from Wake Forest for being awesome!!!

T mobile is the worst company. I was a sprint customer for 9 years and I would love to type a few paragraphs but I’ll just say don’t waste your time. Go to AT&T !

Zach is a rock star! So impressed by his professionalism, attention to the most minute details, patience, perseverance, etc. in our transferring 3 phones from VW (one out of state), as well as internet from Spectrum. He was very quick to offer all details related to applicable promotions, payment methods, etc. We visited twice today and he gave us his undivided attention for well over 1 hour throughout. He is indeed a most valuable employee and so friendly.......the best! Great service at this location!

Absolutely worse customer service. Went in to do a bill payment because apparently their app wasn’t working. I went there at around 7:15pm when the rep Alea was very horrible. I was told my customer service to pay minimum payment to get service back on. She said she couldn’t take that and didn’t take my payment or went above or beyond to figure out what was the issue. Never again. Do better!

Zach is absolutely amazing, he is extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and if I could give a 10☀️ review I would. What a Treasure of an employee that represents such a large company. Zack and Zoe are Rockstars...after having a horrible experience with a near by store I was welcomed and treated like a valued customer. They listened and offered empathy and a resolution. I would highly recommend Zak especially for all your t mobile business! Great job!

We went in 2 days ago to get the Samsung Z Fold 5 set up.Zoe was the absolute best. Her customer service, 5-star rating is not enough. Her knowledge, skills and professionalism were there as soon as we entered the store. From the welcome to even getting old phone boxed for USPS. She explained what was happening in a very professional manner. Got the switch made quicker than ever.Always hate going to get phone things done, like buying a car. We were out in less than an hour with new phone and case. We came away extremely satisfied, highly recommended. Ask for Zoe.

I am so glad I went with T-Mobile and I am totally done with spectrum! These guys at the Main St., Wake Forest location are the best in what they do, especially Zack! He would not give up on my phone, I thought I was going to have to buy a new iPhone but this young man worked on it and got it running perfectly. If you don’t have T-Mobile, you need to get T-Mobile Internet & phone service & customer service..there’s no one to compare with them!
