I needed a storage unit on a really short notice to store some furniture. I went to StorageMax on Ligon St. in Wake Forest and Reid was so very NICE & HELPFUL. I was in & out of there with a storage unit within 15 minutes. I've rented a lot if storage units in the past & never have I had someone so kind help me to rent one. Reid was knowledgeable, answered all my questions & had the paperwork filled out in no time. If you need a storage unit in the Wake Forest area, go see Reid, his customer service skills were spot on! And the unit is nice & reasonably priced...

One of the best experiences I have had! Easy in easy out and the staff was more than helpful! Storing a boat is not easy in Wake Forest! I’m glad I stopped in!

Andy & Jackson are helpful, professional, friendly, & communicative. 5 stars all around! I'm renting a 5 by 15 unit at their Wake Forest, NC location. The unit was clean & swept prior to their renting to me. The isles are well lit. The gates & cameras provide security & I feel safe accessing my unit both during the day & even when it's dark after hours. I highly recommend renting from their Wake Forest, NC location off of Ligon Mills.
