I have had horrible luck with the military discount portion of their app. It requires me to stop and sign in which is difficult when in the middle of shopping. At the garden cash register often the sun makes the phone difficult to see (or scan) and the system requires two step verification which is close to impossible for me to handle while juggling items etc. When I asked at customer service for help once the girl was able to show me how to use the touch screen at the register where a "military discount" option showed and I was able to enter my phone # and it worked. However later that day I went to the other self check-out and that didn't have the "military discount" option on the screen. So frustrating! When I asked if I could get the discount by showing my retired ID they said they couldn't do it. Now I just go to Lowes. Terrible.

My mother has not had a working refrigerator since October. She paid $4k for it plus a 5 year warranty. The only thing that works on it is the clock. We've been getting lie after lie from their customer service. Sent technicians from A&E who couldn't fix it, took the parts, closed the ticket and left. This is theft, elder abuse and inhumane. She may have to sue them at this point.It's a Samsung family hub and Home Depot knows the fridge is trash!

We were mislead by an employee about the return policy and told they were new so they told us wrong and Wendy got extremely rude with us when we tried to return the item. Thankfully manager Chris took care of the situation and gave us a store credit due to us being lied to by the previous employee. He is a good manager but this store needs better employees. Particularly someone who doesn't get snarky with the customers and talk down to them like Wendy.

I love Home Depot and never really have any issues at any of the locations I've visited around the US. Once you've been to a Home Depot, you've been to them all. However, I feel like the Garden Section here is bigger and has more options. Coming from CT, we obviously get different plants, so it was kinda cool to see different plants in NC and what grows for this region of the states. (It's the little things, okay? Let me nerd out over plants). I'm definitely excited to come back and get plants for my garden once we unpack and settle into our new home. As for the rest of Home Depot, everything was the same and well stocked. The employees are nice and helpful. AND a bonus!! It wasn't overly crowded like the location I used to go to and easily checked out without waiting in a huge line!

I am surprised I am writing about Home Depot. It I have to say they were extremely helpful. I went in to purchase 4 cabinets for my garage to store some household items and to clean up my garage. The associate told me to order on line and they would deliver free. (Yes, it's true). Easy peasy. We the. Went on vacation and when we returned my husband had the unfortunate chore of putting them together. First one was torture as the directions were terrible but he got through it. Second one was broken in the corner which we didn't notice or thought it would actually be damaged. I called the 1-800!number and they said they would come and pick it up or we can exchange at the local store. Great, went there and they switched it out. Third one went good and the fourth one had a missing part. Went back and the women couldn't have been nicer and gave him whatever he needed. I appreciate Home Depot staff in supporting the online purchase and helping us get it done. They look great.

RUDE STUCK UP EMPLOYEE - I'm not going to call out the whole store about the employees cause I'm sure there are some really great people. But unfortunately if there is one bad egg it effects the entire stores reputation. I walked in cause I had seen some glass and wood table tops online. I found a lady who was re organizing the tile section. I asked her once where I could find the glass table tops and she ignored me. I than asked her louder thinking she might not be able to hear well. She heard me, probably a little too well cause she looked up at me in a squatting position and looked me up/down and proceeded to sigh. She than rolled her eyes as she stood up from her squatting position to snap back and let me know we don't have glass table tops. With an snarky tone and a "I know everything attitude" she continued to talk about how she knows everything in this store and that she didn't know what I was talking about. Than when I explained to her in more detail what I needed she said. "Yeah we never keep those in stock" those are in the garden section If we have them. She than went back to the squatting position and proceeded to re shuffle the tiles. I told her I found it online and it said in stock, while she was squatting she told me if I saw it online and there is stock than it would tell me the aisle number and bin on the website. Catching her hint to go away, I did. I wanted so badly to let her know personally that the service she provided was in adequate. I will not say her name because I think she is having a bad day and I don't want to make it worse. But I will never come back to this location because of her. Sad to say this Home Depot is very close to my house but I will be going to Lowe's for friendlier service. I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THIS LOCATION TO ANYONE

worst experience ever. went there today because they had Kingsford charcoal on sale and it showed 302 in stock. went there with my wife who thought we would be in and out. went to the isle, and they had none. this was 1:00 pm. I asked a worker in the next isle if he could see if any where in the back. he saidnhe would check. at about 1:30 pm I went to the service desk and told them what was happening and asked if I could just do a pickup order. they said sure. so he rang me

I have been a faithful shopper at Home Depot since I purchased my first home in 92. I always appreciated the quality and service in all departments. It pains me to learn that Home Depot places profits over it customers health and safety. NC has an executive order/mandate requiring all people to wear masks in retail stores. No one in your wake forest store says anything to people not wearing masks. They don’t report individuals not wearing masks because of corporate policy I was told. I called the police to have the store cited and I will call daily until I see you value your customers safety.

Your Plytanium plywood is fantastic, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE ensure it has enough support when putting it into the rack. There was a beautiful stack of void-free plywood that rested on only two arms. As a result, it was lopsided and bent like a stack of pringles. I ended up going to Lowe's and buying their plywood. It had cracks, voids, unfilled knots, but at least it was flat. This is the third time in 12 months I've seen this, even your cheap sheeting is racked/ displayed better. Thank you.

I'm extremely disappointed and upset. I sent my boyfriend to the Wake Forest Home Depot to get a plumbing part. He walked around the store for at least 30 minutes and had trouble getting anyone to help him. One employee with a mask refused to speak to him and tried to mime, which was very unhelpful. My boyfriend finally got help from someone else and left, only to encounter the miming employee outside in the parking lot. Suddenly the guy was willing to talk, but he talked junk and literally tried to start a fight in the parking lot. That's completely unacceptable for an employee, even though he was off the clock at the time.

Bought 5 ceiling fans for our basement and ordered a solid steel security door. Came out to get in my van and couldn’t deploy my lift to get my wheelchair in. Need more van accessible parking.
