Ruthless. “Where’s the humanity” type vibes. My mom lives in that area so I was meeting her to get my car washed also and she got hers first. She let them know that I was on the way and I arrived right at 2:45 (probably like 2:42, because I walked my mom out of the lobby at 2:45) and they refused to help me even though technically we had “called ahead” and notified them I was en route and coming from Wendell. It’s pretty unfortunate because this just happens to be on the holidays, the Sunday after Christmas, when people claim it’s the best time to be helping people and following through. I made sure to bring lots of cash for a tip and now I have to figure out what else to do but it’s Sunday so they have shortened hours, I get it. Just fyi, communicating with them ahead of time doesn’t mean anything clearly. I'm very pregnant, very tired, and clearly upset. It is what it is.

They do a good job but I had to point out 4 areas for them to wipe down and they did. But if I could see the dirt, they could too.

Worst car wash. Paid almost $40 for interior and exterior clean. NOTHING was vacuumed in the back of the vehicle. Nothing was wiped down in the back either. What a waste of money. Do not recommend!!!
In response to your comment below - I never had to review anyone before because I’ve never had such horrible service. Your manager was incorrect. I came home and vacuumed my car in 15 minutes. It was not ingrained. Also calling your customers names is HIGHLY inappropriate.

I finally found a great place to get my car done. The service was quick, they did a great job especially on the inside. In the Raleigh/Wake Forest area most car washes are not really full service. Even if the vacuum is free not everyone can or wants to do it. After trying 3 different locations of Autobell with the same poor service I was just disgusted. I found this place today and will tell everyone I know!!! Start a referral program.? Happy customer?

Brought our truck here for the first time and was extremely disappointed. We opened the door and there was still dirt all over the floor board. They left trash on the front seat instead of throwing it away. To be honest, we probably would have came back for another chance (because things happen) But, as we pulled out their language at the “detail” station was absolutely uncalled for. Very unprofessional using profanity and very vulgar communication between employees. Very unhappy with our experience.
The only positive note— the one guy that gave us our keys was kind and friendly.

Great full service car wash place that has been in business for over 20 years. They were able to remove a ton of bird droppings that my car unfortunately received when I was parked outside for awhile. Very friendly family owned business and a must if your car is in dire need!!
