This easily the worse run pharmacy on earth. Walgreens should shut this one down and cut their losses. Delays, cancelations, be prepared to not get your prescription in any timely fashion. Took a month....a month to fill my continuous glucose monitor prescription. Yes you read that right. Don't get me started on the attitudes of the people there, every time it's like you are super inconveniencing them by just showing up.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a total disaster. The techs are unprofessional and lack basic customer service skills. Being polite and patient only gets you ignored and sitting waiting double the time they quote while the prescription you at waiting on simply sits neglected on the counter. When I inquired politely about the fact that I waited with a child in incredible pain unnecessarily and attempted to point out my poor experience I was met with indifference and condescension. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs.

I visited this pharmacy four times before my prescription was finally ready. On my first visit at 10 AM, I was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. When I returned around 4:00 PM through the drive-thru, I was told it was still not ready and asked to come inside. After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I was met by Jada at the counter, who was extremely rude. She did not greet me, did not smile, and came across as unapproachable. When she told me I needed my ID, I went back to get it, then waited another 30 minutes in line.
When I returned—understandably frustrated—Jada suddenly smiled/smirked for the first time. I said, “it’s not funny,” to which she responded, “it’s not my fault you came unprepared.” I explained that I had been to this pharmacy four times for one prescription and that it was frustrating. She showed no concern, no ownership, and no responsibility.
This level of service is unacceptable. Jada was disrespectful and unprofessional. She either needs to be placed in a role without customer interaction or be required to undergo serious customer service training, as she clearly lacks those skills. I would like to note that the lady who helped me earlier this morning was so nice - I never caught her name but thank you.

They put me on hold 4 times in a row without letting me say a word then after 15 min, the 5th time just hung up on me.

Can CVS please open a location here so we have a decent option in Wake Forest? This Walgreens should just be out of business already just for their terrible service. Min. Wait time for any script on any day of the week is 30 mins. You could be the only person in line, still min. 30 mins.

The pharmacy techs at this location are incredibly rude. I went to pick up a prescription recently and when I asked if I could use my GoodRx coupon code, she rolled her eyes at me (this prescription would have cost me $230 without, but ended up being $60 w the coupon). Very disappointing.

Extremely slow, I have to plan to be here for 30 minutes every time I go. They keep filling prescriptions from my old doctors in another state and running everything through my previous insurance. I've had the conversation 4 times that it keeps happening but no one cares or pays attention enough to fix it. I am
switching to the Walgreens down the road, whose pharmacy hours aren't great but I'd rather deal with that than this mess.

Horrible! I’ve given them a chance and now I’m looking for another pharmacy. I called them 3 times today and they had me on hold for 20 minutes each time. I called back and finally got someone and was told I could leave a message and someone will get back to me if I didn’t want to be on hold for so long. Not a problem - I know what I’ll be doing. It’s just ridiculous. I just don’t understand how they operate.

I came from the ER at 6:05, needing to take 3 more meds for a severe infection by the end of the night, after they serviced the car in front and when we got to the window and a short black lady with a lumpy wig would not extend us a helping hand for even a little while longer. And she proceeded to ignore us even while we continued to ask for help.
There are plenty of other people who are in need of and equally qualified for that job. Fire her immediately, I have lived in wake Forest for years and never have received such a service.

Possibly the worst pharmacy. They always take 30 min+ to even help you as if they’re incredibly busy. I wish this pharmacy could be replaced by a vending machine style pharmacy because maybe then things could be easily located. They don’t follow order of who comes first and have horrific customer service.

I had an appt for a flu shot, arrived on time checked in with the tech and online. I waited until 915 which was 15 min after my appt was scheduled to check back in with technician and she told me the wait would be another 20-30 min. This is terrible customer service, no one was waiting in front of my for an immunization, the pharmacist was literally just chatting it up in the back with two other Walgreens employees while I was waiting. Not filling prescription literally just talking. Team meeting or not , don’t waste others time by them taking off work and you make them wait 45 min for a shot. What’s the point in scheduling a time if you’re not going to treat it as an appointment. I will be moving all my prescriptions and business elsewhere

Was helped by Sarah today. Had some last minute changes to my prescription pick up and she made it so easy. I appreciate her positive attitude. She was kind, a great listener, and seemed very happy to help as well as answer a few questions. It was close to 6 pm so there was a steady flow of people driving through but she worked quickly and kept things moving. I will drive past the Walgreens closer to home to come to this one bc my experience here has consistently been so much better. ??
