They will put you on hold only to put you on hold again. After awhile they disconnect the call without letting you even speak.

Terrible. Online and the Walgreens app says this pharmacy is open on weekends. Just drove 30 minutes to get a prescription and the pharmacy is closed. Sign in the pharmacy window shows that it's normal business hours for them to be closed on the weekend. Online in the app should have updated hours so that way y'all are not wasting people's time.

Husband driving through to get meds for my mom and the lady at the window was incredibly rude. She even shut the blinds in his face during the transaction and after he asked to speak with a pharmacist. We are taking care of my mother who is home on hospice and just needed a gel to moisturize her mouth. My husband asked twice more and the lady never acknowledged the request he just came on the speaker and was zero help. He suggested we check on the toothpaste aisle. We will never be back.

I deleted my previous review of one star and I’m giving you two stars cause you finally answered the phone. I’ve been trying for a week to get somebody on the phone. I know it’s hard dealing with the public dealing with sick people. It can’t be easy but treating people like they’re not important is never good. You guys have to do better. Remember that other person on the phone the other person in the car they’re sick. They’re not feeling well. Maybe their family’s not feeling well maybe there in a dire strait need, you never know. Whatever you put on in the universe comes back to your tenfold so be kind be empathetic be understanding and remember you were hired to tend to people and customer service is really important. Pick up that phone and say can you please hold smile and say can you please wait it means everything people don’t mind waiting if you’re kind and if a person’s rude, you kill them with kindness, but don’t be rude to the next person because somebody was rude to you. Please try to do better.

Worst pharmacy in Wake Forest! They could careless about your time. What's the point of doctors sending in months of refills if it's never in stock. Few months ago was told it was out of stock then 30 minutes later I call to ask about the generic and they already had it filled.. every month since it's been one issue or another for my medication and kids. Completely over it, even though it's 2 minutes, I'll drive somewhere dependable.

I usually don’t write reviews because I like to give people the benefit of the doubt. However, this experience was unacceptable. They failed to staple my card to the back of my prescription, which caused me to accidentally leave my card at the drive-thru. They later swiped my card for someone else’s prescription, but thankfully, it was locked. When I called to address the issue, they simply told me I could come back to retrieve my card or go through the drive-thru again.
When I went inside, a young lady at the register rudely told me to go to a different window, claiming that’s where they instructed me to go. I explained that I was only told to come inside, but she continued to be dismissive. To make matters worse, when the pharmacist himself handed me my card, he didn’t offer a single apology.
It’s no wonder they have a 2.5-star rating! I’ve already filed a complaint.

It should not take more than 10 minutes in the pharmacy lane to get your prescription. I waited 33 minutes for no cars to move and ended up leaving. The woman working was just standing there chatting to her co workers. It should take no more than 2 minutes for us to tell you our name and confirm address and for you to go back there and grab the prescription. There needs to be someone working the pharmacy lanes and someone working walk-ins.

Absolutely horrible experience. Will NEVER have prescriptions filled here. Incredibly rude, disrespectful and unprofessional service provided by the pharmacist.

Very poor customer service. Watched them be rude to several customers before me. When I picked up prescription it was only partially filled, but no one told me anything about it. Price for partial filled prescription was twice the amount I paid at another pharmacy for a full prescription. There are many other pharmacies to choose from. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I've given the pharmacy here more chances than they've deserved at this point. Everybody seems to have an attitude no matter the time of day. I never get notified when my prescriptions are ready so I'm constantly have to call them. There's only ever been 1 person working the counter even though there have been 4-5 visible staff in the pharmacy and a customer line at least 6 deep on multiple occasions. I just don't get it.
