Please don’t bank these people! Tell me why they cancelled both of my damn cards after I told them the one that was compromised with instead of just the one. Then I called to the actual bank and the white lady rude ass hell saying they don’t do temp cards anymore. So they not get any star from me they are a poor excuse of a bank. They should have overnight me card because it was there mistake of canceling both of my cards. Now I can’t pay my bills because of them. This is so sickening. I really hate Wells Fargo. Once these cards get here I’m taking my money out and changing banks period.

BEWARE!! Thankfully, I don’t bank here but if you receive a check from a business from this bank, do NOT try to go through the convenience drive-thru, it’s not permitted. You must inconvenience yourself, park, and walk-in. When asked why, they need two forms of ID but when I said I could give four at the drive-thru, I was told I must come in. To further be a pain in the a$$, once you get inside, you’re informed that there is a $7 fee in order to cash a Wells Fargo Bank business check. And they wonder why folks hate banks???

D'Angelo had a 1030 appt but snuck me in for a quick and easy notary 2 minutes before that appointment. Saved me time! He was friendly and professional. Ill be back to this branch for future business.

Had to make changes to my accounts. Was able to schedule online and appear at the branch. Was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Marco was a huge help and got everything I needed done taken care of. Facility looks clean and employees are wearing masks. I’m fully vaccinated, but safety is still a concern knowing the Delta variant is more contagious and deadly.

I have been with this Wells Fargo Branch since my husband and I moved to Wake Forest in 2014. I have not had any pleasant experiences when visiting the bank lobby. I always find the bankers and tellers to be at best stand-offish , and usually outright rude and condescending. When I went in a year ago to make a fairly large cash withdrawal, the teller asked me what I wanted the money for! I had to tell her that it was none of her business. It's now even worse since COVID hit. Since I don't visit the bank lobby very often, I didn't realize that you had to make an appointment to get a signature notarized. The banker "greeting" customers who enter the lobby must think that her job is to scold any customers who dare to enter without an appointment. I really don't need that when I'm their customer, and if not for their customers they wouldn't have a job!

Overall, just another Wells Fargo bank. They help you with what you need and most people have been friendly, however, I had one experience here where an employee was extremely judgmental when I wanted to open a separate bank account for my son. Aside from that experience, this is a convenient location to deposit money in the ATM, which is nice to drive-through.

Always have a friendly, fast experience here - we've been with Wells Fargo since they were First Union bank in 1995! The employees at this location are all very attentive and kind - Jennifer and Eddy are terrific. We've had papers notarized here, do all of our banking here, car titles notarized, etc. Our children bank here as well and between the drive thru, walk in and the Wells Fargo app, it's all very user-friendly. Only knock is this location has a rather small parking lot that is frequently busy and can be a pain to back out of.

Marco was great getting my partner and I up to speed on what we needed to get our business account up and running. He also walked me through setting up my checking and such. Great service and quick delivery on what we need to know as a customer. My business will be using them for banking long into the future I believe.
