I had an absolutely incredible experience at this dealership thanks to Wesley. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine kindness and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He listened to what I wanted, stayed patient the entire time, and made sure I understood every detail before making a decision.
Wesley went above and beyond—he never pressured me, answered all my questions honestly, and helped me find the perfect car at a great price. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.
If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and professional salesperson, Wesley is the one you want. I highly recommend him and this dealership. I’ll definitely be coming back for my next car!

I never leave reviews, but I felt the need to do this. The car I looked at had a bad transmission. The dealership never told me this. As soon as I started driving it I could tell something was wrong. I took it to my mechanic and they told me the transmission needed to be replaced. When I told Westgate about this, they said they wouldn’t fix this issue. That was fine with me. However, they have yet to update the description of the vehicle, nor have they lowered the price. They called me today, to check in, and I asked if they were going to update the info on that car, and they said no.
This meaning they are not going to tell the next person in line about the bad transmission on this car. Cannot really seem to trust any of their vehicles if I know they aren’t telling people the truth on this one.
Would love to update my review to be better if they would update the description and price so they display it needs a new transmission. They should be honest with people.

Just got home with my new F-150!!!
My husband had seen a used 2020 F-150 listed for sale and went out to check it out. Once we got there, Mr. Kim greeted us right away. After a bit of chatting he pulled up the car we were interested in and we were out on a test drive. During the test drive, Mr.Kim was super nice and was a pleasure to chat with. Once we got back, we got talking deals. Mr.Kim was very upfront with answering any questions we had. No pushy car salesman tactics, just a genuinely nice and honest salesman! Overall it was a 100/10 experience!
Mr.Kim is fantastic at reading his customers and getting them into exactly what fits. If my husband needs to replace his car, we know exactly what salesman we want to work with!

Very BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I set up my appt with John with time, then 8 hours later when I’m finally was in my Appt to see the car, he wasn’t there and leave in charge this young black woman to take care of me and after I get the sit, she told me: I’m so sorry, we sold the car. Next, I am arguing her why they don’t call me, I drove after work 35 min speedy to be on time on my appt and she said; we’re busy!!But, she can called me to many time to make sure for my appt!! So, they don’t wanna care the customer more than make a deal!!

Very happy with the service here our car dealer Mr. Jabir was very helpful the entire way through he got us a good price on a vehicle I was very interested in and made it possible for me to have it definitely would go through him again!

My situation is aboit as complicated as can be but when i set one foot inside Westgate Kia Jabir Choudry took the time to walk me thru the different scenarios and possibilities and even went to the extreme of walking me thru step by step theu the whole process. I will definitely be doing business with him in the immediate future if not this week. Kudos and a well deserved raise should be in Jabir’s future! Thanks alot Jabir! You definitely made it easier for me to stop looking at other dealerships and only focus on doing business wirh Westgate Kia!!!

I just purchased a car from them, less than thirty days ago, and it has broken down already. They said , that they offered me an extended warranty, but they didn't. Now I'm stuck with a money pit. The transmission and sport mode might be messed up as well. No good luck will come to you when you treat people like this.

I dropped my 2023 telluride off on Thursday
10/23/25 at 3pm to have the rear brake pads replaced and the oil changed. I was told it would be ready around 4:30pm for pickup and I would receive a call. I had not heard anything, so I called at 5:13pm to check on the status. The man I spoke with informed me one of the rear brake calipers was “locked up” so they would need to keep my car overnight because they were closing at 6pm. He said it was to be covered under warranty because my car is under 65K miles. My husband then called back for better details and spoke with the service manager who informed us it would actually be Saturday before my car was ready due to having to order the part-the closest one was said to be in Winston Salem. Why did no one call to tell me this before now? I requested a loaner vehicle (which was not offered to me, the manager acted like it was a hassle to provide) but did set me up with a car. When I arrived to pick up the loaner vehicle and collect my car seats from my personal car, the manager told me they actually had figured out a way to get it fixed sooner and it would be ready by 10am the next morning (Friday 10/24/25.) He then asked if I would still need the loaner vehicle, it was great if I no longer did. Strange, but ok. I questioned both him and the technician who walked me back to the shop about the calipers and how common of an issue this was. The manager gave me a run around answer, the technician stated it’s usually not a common problem. Interesting.
I left with the loaner around 6:00pm. I received a call the next morning at 9:05am that my car was finished and ready to be picked up. Nothing was mentioned to me at pickup about the calipers, I just assumed it was replaced. I paid for the brake pads and the oil change was free. Strange. Fast forward a few days, I received an email 10/31/25 stating they preformed a multi point inspection and recommended BOTH rear brake calipers be replaced for $1,561.36, but I declined the service. Which is FALSE! None of this adds up. One was supposedly already replaced under warranty, but now they both need replacing for over 1,000 dollars?
SHADY! I purchased my car at Westgate and have been bringing it for regular maintenance but will no longer be using their service center nor will I recommend it to anyone else. Be honest and do better!!!
