Storage facility not built.for vehicles with trailers. Poor layout do not recommend if hauling a trailer.

I have left message after message and nobody will return my calls. The maintenance man put a combo lock on my unit so he could have access to fix the roof as it was leaking. He didn’t give me the code and I can’t open my unit. This is unacceptable!!!

Honesty I wouldn't be giving a single star rating if this was handle differently. I have multiple units at this location and I had one unit that i was going to be clearing out and a friend lined up that wanted it as soon as I moved out so the unit wouldn't be vacant and spoke to clearhome in advance to make sure everything was in order and was told that I would receive reimbursement for the rest of the month if I was to leave early. So i moved out 9/07/20 my friend moved in 9/10/20 after a week with no credit I spoke to the office to let them know that I had not received my credit and was told they made a mistake and they don't give back credit for moving out early. If i had not been given the wrong information I would have not moved out early I would have waited to the end of the month. it wasn't my mistake it was there's but its my lost there gain there getting paid twice for one unit. I known everyone makes mistakes its if you try to make them right what counts. I have 3 other units and im sure what I pay a month surely covers that small credit.And I sure who ever takes time to read this would agree.

I went there in 2018, service was excellent could not ask for a better experience. It is now under new management, the hours open have been reduced by 33%. It was 24-7. There is no manager on site. There have been 2 incidents when I could not get into my unit.

Literally have had nothing but issues since the new owners took over. Our rates were raised twice, and right now, as I'm typing, we are sitting in front of the building during regular business hours, can plainly see two cars in front, and no one will answer the phones and the gates have stopped working. Do not reccomend and will be finding a new place ASAP.

Excellent experience with All in Self storage. Very friendly, helpful staff; Sandy rocks. Easily made arrangements to reserve a unit over the phone; care was taken to give me a unit that would be the easiest to access coming in with a moving truck. Unit, office, and entire storage facility was clean and seemed secure; gate was always working and never had issues using my code. Reasonable rates for the area in comparison to other facilities I checked out. I received third month free due to moving into a nearby apartment complex they have a special with, plus first month was prorated. Would utilize again if needed.

So glad I found a safe place to store my things. They have several size storage lockers to choose from. Key pad entry at night and on weekends. Climate controlled buildings and outside storage for trailers RVs boats etc... The staff a very friendly and helpful.
