Poor customer service at the pharmacy and a lack of understanding of importance of prescriptions to people. Asked why it would be Monday before I could fill a prescription and was told “it’s Friday and we’re out so it will be Monday”.

Went out of their way to find a plan to get my medicine the cheapest for me. I was embarrassed that I had to use the SingleCare for one of my medicines. I have a prescription plan and it was 6 times more expensive.

The CVS Pharmacy in Walkertown is absolutely TOP DRAWER! The entire pharmacy staff really goes the extra mile to ensure I get great service and good value - they always look for all the discounts they can find on my prescriptions. And, being retired and no money coming in, that is a HUGE plus! Hats off to the great team you have there - love them all!!!

I had to pick up medication so I decided to go through the drive thru. I waited in line for 20 plus minutes waiting on my turn which I didn't mind because I really needed my medication. Multiple cars were stacked up at that point, waiting patiently for our turns just like any other place. All of the vehicles left because of the wait but I stayed out. When I finally was serviced they told me that my medication on hold and when I asked why the first young lady walked away. 5 mins later she comes back telling me I had to wait 15 mins because it wasn't ready. Mind you, my prescription was put in 3 days before. She then told me that I had to go around the building of a car pulled behind me to keep it from piling up. I did so even tho I myself had waited in a pile up. By the time I got to the window again she told me I had to keep going around while I waited for them to finish my prescription!!!! If this was a rule, why was it not implemented when we were all waiting 20 mins for one vehicle to get their prescriptions! My thing is, I don't mind going around or doing whatever you want ant me to do so we all get service in a timely manner but if that were the case, why is not implemented on everyone. At that point I had been waiting 35-40 mins and still could not get my prescription, to the point I just left. I had my meds transferred to another cvs and I still could not get my prescription because it was on hold. The only difference is that the second cvs was able to tell me why it was primarily put on hold and were actually nice and informative even though either cvs could not agree on the price but that's another matter.
