“This was our second granite install and Amanzi did a fantastic job AGAIN!! We worked with Dillon both times and he's very professional and has a great eye on noticing the beauty in the granite. He also helped me design how I wanted my granite cut and he was patient and easy to work with. Juan and his crew did the installation they were very professional and hard working. “Just left one of their cooking classes and while it was a lot of fun, I wouldn’t have spent the time or money if I had known it was a cooking class in the form of a demo. I thought I was signing my partner and myself up for a class that was interactive and that we would be doing the actual cooking but I was mistaken. The staff was lovely, the food was good, but I just had different expectations. They need to specify in their listings that these classes are instruction in the form of a demonstration and that you may be able to provide limited assistance but it is not a “cooking class”.”

“They have some really good buys in a variety of areas in the store. The employees are nice in this store. The one thing I will point out is the employees use of walkie talkies or other devices where customers can hear conversations. On the day I was there they were discussing an event in the store that shoppers should not have been aware of or how things are handled. My entire background is management, operations, hr policies and loss/theft. When this was going on a couple of guys stepped out of aisles as to listen to conversations between employees on the sales floor too. This is not a smart move to involve non personal in store situations.”

“Salesperson knowledgeable about livingroom furniture options staying aware of our needs. Variety at door was tremendous and there was about of a dozen, all plugged in, to choose from.We selected two sofas.Delivery was on schedule.Unfortunately one had a mechanical problem. Colfsx responded with a new sofa delivered promptly when we were home..All is well.”
“Having worked retail I understand the challenges involved and appreciate the value, prices, and services that JoAnns provides. I purchase a majority of my cloth items here since they offer a wide selection at a great value. A clerk did ask how she could help and I replied that I was looking for a cheap pink fabric. Her reply could have been more specific to at least the table with premium cloth marked down 70 percent. Cutting table personnel very friendly.”

“Check out their FB page. They post what they have at the time. The most current items are usually in the FB stories. So it's never really a wasted trip. Sometimes, things do look different in person. I bought a drying rack, portable dryer, outdoor chair, heating blanket, and more. I've been here two to three times already. They have both in season and out of season items.
Just know this store isn't visible from the street and is in a connected building with other businesses.”
