“The staff at this location are excellent. We came in to be fingerprinted. The machine/scanner is very glitchy & a real pain, but Antonio was there to help us. He was very patient & very helpful. When he had to step in the back for an appointment, he instructed us to ask another employee for help, if we needed it. That employee, I didn't get his name (maybe Cameron?) came over to check on us & offer help, as well. Very friendly staff. I haven't had this type of A+ customer service in ages. Well done, Antonio.”
