Kevin and his crew are amazing. They worked diligently and with smooth rhythm. It was impressive to watch. But far more than the teamwork approach; they regarded me like family!!! Called me by my first name. Took care and time to explain everything in simple terms. I can’t recommend Meineke of Walkertown enough. They were courteous, and thorough with my vehicle, and they didn’t try to sell us other things we didn’t need. It is well worth your time to give them a stop when you need service!

I came in for an oil change. I was unaware that I was 4000 miles early. Ashley said it was not necessary and would I like to have my tires rotated. There was no charge for the rotation. Very good customer service, they have my business for a long time.

Service was great. Price was within reason compared to nearby quotes. The only ding was I was waitng for a call that my car was ready that never came. They had the wrong contact info. Other than that all was great.

Had to replace a flat tire. Service was exemplary and the tire price was reasonable. Have trusted Meineke with my vehicle in the past, and will continue to do so.
