Today I tried the Pizza Hut in Walkertown. Much better than the one in Kernersville unfortunately. All around better taste. I ordered the Large 3 topping, bacon and pepperoni are the toppings I chose

Ordered from here about 4 months ago (dry, overcooked, hardly any sauce) but gave a try again yesterday because of their $12 large pizza.Wasted money again. Dry, overcooked, hardly any sauce.

Just no..... u know sometimes u get pizza, u eat it the next day, this..... NAAAAAAH a whole pizzas worth of leftovers... the 4 yr old didn't even want any more.

Where do I begin? We never really eat out much. When we do, we like to get fast food for something quick, easy and tasty!But on this night, 2-9-24. We ordered two medium pizza with three toppings each.We ordered and proceeded to wait for an hour and a half. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt that it being Friday night, they were probably busy. That’s why I didn’t call earlier. So at the hour and a half point. I did call. I asked them about my pizza and they told me that they didn’t have my apt number and that they tried calling me but they didn’t receive an answer. Now, my phone showed no missed call. During my initial ordering, we went over my address twice as well as my number. But evidently they still missed it even after I had them repeat it back to me. So knowing being mad or upset was not gonna help me nor get me the pizzas any faster. So I just reordered the pizzas and asked how long it would take and they told me 25-30 minutes. I said okay and still tipped $5 on my debit card. When the pizza arrived 45 minutes later. I told the delivery guy thank you. When we opened it, it was cold like it was the original pizza from at this point 2hrs and 15min ago. I know I can’t prove that but what it came down to is I got 2 cold medium pizzas for a total of $32.17. And the whole reason I used the coupon in the first place was because I thought it was supposed to be $9.99 for both medium pizzas but that was my mistake but it could have been worded better because it actually lead you to believe that. The coupon is very vague which in itself seems a little shady but I digress. I don’t care nor am I looking for any compensation. I just want them to do better. It really sucks our family eat out night was this tragic.Will I ever order Pizza Hut again? Yes. Just never from this particular store again which is the one on South Main St beside Planet Fitness in Kernersville NC or from any other ones in Kernersville NC again. Thank you.

Pizza is always dry. No sauce. Guy on the phone was rude, girl in the store was nice.

Can't deliver pizza 5 miles away from their store. That's 2 pizza huts that are close to me that don't deliver and near me.

I go there every Friday for the in-laws and they get the same pizza every. They've been super happy with the food and the service as well as myself I also doordash their daily and I've never had a bad experience in that restaurant. A+ plus

I've spent hundreds here but most recent experience has made them lose my business. Spent $42 for burnt inedible pizza. Called to politely complain and was given an attitude but they offered a credit. Called back a week later to redeem credit and they were rude and fought with me again and didn't even replace my full order that was burnt. Avoid this pizza hut until they straighten their staff out.

Horrible experience, every part of my order was prepared incorrectly. Wrong crust, not extra cheese, forgot a topping, it was burnt, and tasted old.The only part they got right was the amount of extra marinara cups I asked for... Completely let me down...

I love Pizza Hut. Been going to Pizza Hut since I was a teenager.The pizza is always hot and delicious whether I pick it up or eat in.

They tell you a time but don't worry about that cause when you get there you will be waiting. My pizza said 7:20 I didn't get pizza till 7:35.
